Bose Ultra Open-Ear True Wireless Bluetooth Open Earbuds

Beyond disappointed. Microphone has terrible noise suppression. Does not pick up voice when talking on phone. No one can hear me or understand me. Placement in ear allows background noise.

I am so happy with my new earbuds. The sound is great y its design is great.

Disappointed in this product it loses connection and stop connecting you have to reinstall bad technology or software

I bought the ultra open ear buds less than a month ago and so far I love them.... So easy to pair and the clarity is great 👍 thinking of purchasing a second pair

I bought these about a month ago and I love being able to hear all around me when I'm wearing them. They work one at a time on either side as well. They sound very lovely, and I listen to everything from rock to opera to folk music all in one sitting. I would have given them 5 stars except the clicking controls and I don't work very well together.

I have had this Earbuds for a couple of weeks and use them every day. PRO - sound is great and clear - fit is easy and secure - the speed of and amount of charge in the hanging case for the buds is unexpectedly adequate CON - instructions are sparce - I cannot get the buds to answer an incoming phone call - The charging case could use wireless charging option

They're fully charged and say they're playing music and they don't work. Sometimes sound will fizzle out after around 30 seconds. Support wasn't helpful. Don't waste your time

The sound is good. Design also good for my running.

I loveeee my ultra buds. So easy to use. I have never been able to wear ear buds because my ears are so little. Con.. I can’t really talk on the phone. My voice isn’t alway clear to the recipient.

Love these earbuds. Sound quality is excellent. These are also so comfortable, can't even tell you have these on. Much needed replacement for the earbuds that I was using that wouldn't stay in my ears.

I've had these for a few weeks now. These things are amazing. Working on the Ranch, in the barn, running etc these things stay put. They are plenty loud enough, but you can also turn them down and carry on a conversation.

Love the sound. Great quality and love the color. I also love how these don’t bother my ears like the standard ear buds.

I have a slight obsession with headphones and earbuds, even more so since I switched to bone conduction for running. These aren't that, but they are amazing! Obviously they don't block noise, and they're not supposed to so a lot noise will result in an inability to hear your music/podcast/whatever. Traditional earbuds leave my ears feeling dirty because I generally am listening to something for most of the day (audiobooks, music, or Podcasts at any given time). These don't leave you Googling "how many hours is safe to wear noise cancelling earbuds?" Or "am I pushing earwax further into my ear with my earbuds?" But they are very comfortable (I forget they're there), surprisingly secure, and the sound quality, assuming you're in a reasonable area, is great! Expensive but worth the splurge.

I love them just wish when calling someone it wasn’t so quiet. So - one star

Bought these on sale, I was a bit skeptical at first since they are open ear buds and these will be my first time owning a pair. I was not disappointed at all. Love the fact that I'm able to enjoy these earbuds at work. I do work in an environment where I have to constantly keep checking on my radio for any call outs. I'm able to enjoy my music while being able to hear around my environment. Only issue is the longevity of the ear buds themselves they last about 6 hrs. I do work 12hr shifts. Overall I do recommend these earbuds if you want to enjoy your music while being aware of your surroundings

My Wife bought these after her first pair in white got stolen, so it shows that Bose does have a winner here! My wife loves her new purple version and loves the sound quality and the fact she can hear others trying to talk to her while wearing these. They are comfortable as well.

I felt like I was taking a chance when I bought these, and I am so glad I did! My first concern was my conch piercings. I wear hoops in them, and I was afraid they would get in the way, but they did not! Both open earbuds fit as they need to with no discomfort. On to the actual sound: wow! I am amazed they pack such a punch. I know the Bose brand is high quality, but with a unique open earbud like this, I was apprehensive. It was baseless. They sound incredible. I absolutely love that I can listen to my music at work, but still communicate with coworkers. I can play Pokemon Go with the sound on outside with friends, but not subject all of them to my phone volume. I absolutely love them.
