    AWFUL AWFUL Target customer service experience. I ordered these online, realized when they arrived they were the wrong generation and don't fit my ears, had to return it in store but don't live close to one so I wasn't able to go until 10 days after the item was delivered. Their policy clearly states 14 days from when the item is shipped (not ordered, not delivered). I went to the store on day 14 of when the item was shipped, but 15 days after when the item was ordered, so they didn't let me return. Absolutely zero help from 3 customer service agents, including a phone call that hung up after I had been on hold. This is why I do not buy from Target - lesson learned
