    Noise Volume Quality Not Good

    Returning. I had an old pair which I’ve misplaced recently. Purchased the newest model and realized the sound quality was horrible, especially on an airplane.     Poor quality

    Trash, I completely dislike these headphones are the worst idk what Apple did but for one the slip out of your ear all day. They disconnect all the time in order for the to reconnect you have to put them back in the case and try again. I’m always being told I can’t hear you, you sound muffled so I remove them place them back in they can hear me now. Absolute waste of money. Apple products quality definitely declined.
