    Earbuds work great aside from a minor issue

    The earbuds work flawlessly and I love the design and feel of them, my only issue is that the "Be Aware" mode seems to not work properly when activated, I hear constant crackling and massive interference from the wind as if the microphones have too much gain. I'm hoping this can be fixed with either a firmware update or if it's just a defect from the device itself.

    Gopods ANC

    Instructions do not align with actual controls or setup, and a bit counter intuitive. Especially the equalizer controls and ANC. Please design your current and future products utilizing human centered design principles. Thank you and regards.
