Q: How is the mic sensitivity? Can it pick up the sound of people who talk softly especially in louder environments?

submitted by Kurley - 7 months ago

  • A: Hi, thanks for reaching out about JLab JBuds Mini Tones True Wireless Earbuds. For a pair of tiny, budget-friendly earbuds, the JLab JBuds Mini Tones perform respectably, but they have some physical limitations when it comes to soft speakers in loud environments. The Technical Specs Microphone Type: 2 x MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) microphones. Sensitivity: -38dB ± 1dB, which is standard for high-quality consumer earbuds. ENC Technology: They use Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC), which is designed to identify and dampen steady background hums (like a fan or traffic) so your voice stands out. If you have any additional questions, we welcome you to contact MyTGTtech at 833-848-8324 every day, between 7am-11pm CST.
