  • A: Thanks for your question. Our JBL Tune Buds 2 TWS are not Qi-compatible for wireless charging. The earbuds can only be charged by putting them inside the charging case which can be plugged into a power outlet. Alternatively, you can check out our JBL Live Pro 2 TWS, Live Free 2 TWS, and Tour Pro 3 as these models are Qi-compatible for wireless chargers.

    These do not stay in the ear. All of the different tips- nothing works. My kids threw the box away, so now I’m stuck with a useless product that I cannot return.

    Disappointing fit.

    I was disappointed - not that they are a bad product, per se. They just don't seem to be designed to fit solidly in your ear (or at least my ear). They fall off easily because they just sit on my ear instead of in or around my ear. Also, I don't think you are able to adjust volume directly on the ear buds - you can only adjust volume with your phone or device.

    Disappointing, Even at 50% Off

    I bought these a few weeks ago during their 50% clearance sale. They're just okay. I've had Bluetooth connection issues with the right earbud, and they don't stay in my ears securely—they tend to loosen up. I also can't access Siri while using them. The sound quality is great; it's just a shame the rest of the experience isn't as good.

    We're here to help. To achieve the best seal and secure fit with your JBL Tune Buds 2 TWS, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

    Terrible Design

    These are the worst designed ear buds I’ve ever purchased. They constantly fall out of my ears no matter what I do. Whoever designed and approved the weight distribution for these earbuds needs to have their engineering skills evaluated.

    Noise canceling doesn't work

    What this version calls "noise canceling" was the "ambient aware" on my Tune Buds. It doesn't cancel much at all, and that's a deal breaker on headphones for me. The touch control is less sensitive as well, I find myself going to pause music and having to tap around until I hit just the right spot. I've had them for a couple months now, and most recently the left one has stopped charging. I've cleaned the case, cleaned the little sensors, left it plugged in 24hrs. Nothing. This has been a weird fluke - I own 2 JBL speakers and have owned 2 (now 3) sets of headphones and I've never had problems like this before.

    So comfortable!

    I bought these for my daughter who has noise sensitivity and lives in NYC. They are very comfortable and the adaptive noise canceling works so well for her. Great purchase! I'm planning on getting a pair for myself.

    Connects for music not calls!

    i purchased these in white. I am disppointed that they no longer connect for calls which is why I purchased them initially. It's been less than 60 days and I can hear music but no voice calls. I have tried changing settings, updating software, and re-pairing, nothing helps. I am beyond the 30 day return window and have just waisted $109.
