Right earbud completely stopped charging and I cannot seem to troubleshoot the issue with everything I have tried. After an internet search, this seems to be a common problem. Really unfortunate that I spent over $200 on a product that did not even last 2 years. Will never buy again, which is unfortunate because I did love them for the first year!

I have had these close to two years and only used them mowing my lawn Worked great up until a couple months ago Keeps dropping my Bluetooth connection Might stay connected for a minute Then I can't connect again without a frustrating round of cursing and wanting to throw them Apparently the battery becomes junk after a certain time period as well after doing some research. Way too costly for what I got out of them. Sad because I have a household of Bose equipment and never would have thought about buying anything else UNTIL NOW

I purchased this a couple of months ago now and I have had issues with inner ear headphones but the design of these headphones are stable enough for myself to do cardio or resistance training in the gym, and then mowing my lawn where the noise cancelling is fantastic. Wearing them on a plane with screaming kids is also 10/10 for the noise cancelling. They look sharp, decent battery life for what they are, and the magnetic case is a great touch that also charges the headphones! Highly recommend to anyone that have not found the right fit yet! The design is top tier with customizationational features!

These Bose earphones have set me free! They last for so long and are more comfortable in my earholes than any headset ever before. I use them a lot. A lot. My husband and I are retired and this Bose product basically doubles the space we share in our small co-op. Thank you Bose for being THE accomodation for a visually impaired person.

Stopped working properly after 6 months and 2 days. I know the exact date because the Bose warranty expired after 6 months. The left ear bud began emitting a constant crackling noise. I tried to troubleshoot and also use for lengths of time where perhaps it would get better. It has not. They’re now trash. I’ve purchased several Bose products, so I’m very disappointed.

While the sound quality of these ear buds is fantastic, their battery life is useless…mine expired half way through a second film in a recent flight! Given that their primary appeal is noise cancellation on a flight, they are not really fit for purpose! I also found the processing delay unacceptable resulting in a lip sync error of about 6 frames, again totally unacceptable for a product of this price. And if a that wasn’t enough, the touch sensitive controls also prove really annoying as it’s easy to accidentally change a setting . I will be returning mine. Very disappointing

I bought this product a month ago and this awesome. I was worried at first because I have small ears and it's really difficult to find earbuds that could fit well. Thanks to the customisation, i could make the earbud the perfect size for me. The sound is amazing, especially when you put the buds in immersion mode.

I absolutely love these, I had a pair of beats before this, and the difference is overwhelming the sound quality is stunning. However I cannot keep them in my ears so for this reason ill be returning them, I wish this wasn't the case.

However, there's one noticeable drawback: during phone calls or online meetings in outdoor environments—such as walking down the street—people on the other end often report hearing intermittent background noise, which makes conversations difficult or even impossible. This is an area where I believe there’s room for improvement. If Bose could enhance the call microphone performance in noisy surroundings, these earbuds would be nearly perfect.
