  • A: This item can be used with a TV only if the TV has a 3.5mm headphone jack. Most modern TVs have a digital optical audio output connection, in which case the regular Connect TV transmitter (not the Connect Air model) is what you would need. The Connect TV transmitter is also preferable to this one due to its power saving settings which are designed for TV use - you will not need to turn the Connect TV transmitter on every time you want to use, whereas you will need to do that with this model.   • A: Hello, you can charge this product with the included USB charging cable from any standard USB port - for example the USB port on your computer, TV, airplane seat (if so equipped) or USB wall adapter (of the sort you likely use to charge your phone). Once you see 4 solid white lights on the front of this device, it is fully charged!

    I originally bought this Bluetooth transmitter to connect my CD player to my AirPods. It connected great but when I plugged it into my CD player, the volume was much lower than expected. At first, I was frustrated, but I reached out to customer support, and they were incredibly helpful! They quickly explained that some AirPods don't have a built-in volume control, and suggested that the volume can be controlled by connecting them back to my iPhone and changing the volume to high, then connecting them back to this transmitter and using the volume knob on my CD player to adjust the volume. I tried it, and it completely fixed the issue—now I get the same volume with both my CD player and my iPhone! The transmitter itself is fantastic—clear sound quality, stable connection, and super easy to set up. But what really impressed me was the outstanding customer support. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help. If you're looking for a reliable Bluetooth transmitter with great support behind it, this is the one to get! Highly recommend.

    Works fine for streaming from my radio to my Max Airpods, just annoying to have to power it on every time I want to use it. Otherwise very happy with how simple this device is (1 button) and the performance with Airpods. It's radio, so I am not bothered about the sound quality, but I have tried with with CD player and it sounded perfectly fine.

    Still works with my new AirPods 4 after my 3-year-old pros finally bit the dust. Not traveling as much as I used to but I use this device with my laptop because I can very easily toggle it on and off.

    Great little device... paired with my airpods and connected to my portable DVD player, giving it new life. Setup was pretty easy with the video, even for someone as technologically challenged as me.

    Works great with my MEE Bluetooth m6 pro in-ear monitors, there is a little bit of audio lag but way better than just using airpods. Nice and clear sound, good enough to practice without wires. Probably not good enough for actual live use.

    So when flying there are two types of travelers that would not need this thing: 1) Some first class cabins already have built-in Bluetooth connectivity for audio (though many still do not). 2) Some planes no longer have entertainment screens and tell you to bring your own iPad. In all other cases, a Bluetooth transmitter is a must have if you want to use your AirPods or other wireless headphones rather than the often poor-quality headphones provided by the airline. Again, not a problem on like Emirates in first class as you typically get a Bose headset, but not every airline has this. To use this device, just plug it into the audio jack of the in-flight entertainment system (or personal device like iPad), put it in pairing mode (2 clicks), and then put your headphones into pairing mode (for AirPods just open the case without taking them out, then hold the button on the back of the case until the light blinks white; other headphones will vary). Easy peasy. Used it on one flight so far, and the battery still had half left after 8 hours.

    I am using this device to keep listening to shows in my kitchen using this device and a Sony Bluetooth speaker. I just plugged this into the headphone jack on my receiver and paired it with the speaker. Now when I leave the room, I can just grab my speaker and take it with me to the kitchen, bathroom, anywhere! Don't even need to wait for a commercial! You're welcome!

    Nice design, small, compact, and works good enough for me! Only disappointed that it doesn't work with my old Sennheiser TV headphones. It works with Bluetooth only!
