Poor return policy

I bought a set of Hyper-cotton sheets. No where on the package does it say that it fits a 17 inch mattress. Bottom sheet is way to large. I have a set of Dri-tech that fits fine so I figured these would also fit. I called Customer service to find out they have no return policy on a sheet that was taken out of the package. I had bought a 2nd set of sheets that are unopened, you can rest assure they will be returned. But, I get to pay postage. Buyer beware make sure you know what your buying.

Hyper-cotton queen sheet set

I am extremely unhappy with these sheets. To me, it seems that they are for a double bed. Thjey don't completely cover the mattress and the top sheet is too short. In addition, when I take them out of the dryer (I never let them sit ) they look like they have been wadded up. They are terrible wrinkled. I don't know if there is anything I can do about it, but I would hope so. I would like to get some kind of response. Thank you.
