They are so convenient and easy to make…especially nice for those busy mornings…just toss em in the microwave and add your favorite toppings and syrup or other yummy sauce and you’re set! Even better though, they are absolutely DELICIOUS!! You can also use your air fryer to cook them if you have a little more time and prefer a slightly crispy outer layer around the super fluffy inside of the mini pancake. I love using these bite-sized pancakes to make skewers with my favorite berries and a strawberry cream cheese dip on the side. If you haven’t tried these yet you definitely need to, you won’t be disappointed…I promise!!! 💕
