    Title: Like eating little mozzarella erasers Honestly, I was disappointed. The texture is plasticky and rubbery, with very little of the soft, milky quality I expect from fresh mozzarella. Worse, there’s almost no flavor to compensate for the texture. They’re certainly convenient little mozzarella balls, but eating them straight from the container felt more like chewing on tiny cheese erasers than eating fresh mozzarella. Maybe they’d disappear harmlessly into a salad with enough olive oil, salt and acidity, but on their own they’re remarkably joyless. Not terrible enough to be inedible, but not something I’d buy again.
