Far superior to preshredded cheese
I recently discovered the huge difference between preshredded cheese versus shredding cheese myself. I didn’t realize that preshredded cheese is coated with anti caking agents. Now that I’ve tried this block, I can’t go back to the easier option. The difference in flavor is worth the effort to shred it yourself!

The only parmesan I will buy. The best by far!
This is the best Parmesan. I go out of my way to drive to a further target because they’re the only ones that have this. I buy multiple at once because Parmesan like this has a long shelf life. I have a cheese grater to slice up what I need and it melts beautifully into any dish. The flavor is AMAZING. The best I’ve ever found. I refuse to use any other Parmesan.

Love to grate my own cheese
This parmesan wedge is excellent quality and feels like a step up from pre-grated cheese without being overly expensive. The flavor is sharp, nutty, and rich, and it grates beautifully or works just as well shaved over salads or pasta. A little goes a long way, which makes it last longer than you’d expect, and it elevates even very simple meals at home. Considering how much use you get out of it and how much better it tastes than cheaper alternatives, it’s a strong value and worth keeping in the fridge regularly.

This Parmesan has a moderate nutty flavor that is exactly what you would expect from an American style Parmesan. It is much milder than Reggiano, which makes it fantastic for Alfredo sauce. We use it often, and the sauce always turns out rich and full of flavor with the right amount of nuttiness and a little bite from the cheese.
