Flavorless So-Called "Parmesan"
What is the point of buying this and adding it to your food since it has NO FLAVOR, is BLAND and TASTELESS, and has an odd and unpleasant rubbery texture which does not melt or soften. Tastes NOTHING like a true, quality parmesan. Such a disappointment, do not recommend this AT ALL!

I love that this version of parmesean does not include cellulose, also known as wood pulp or lint used to “prevent caking” but really used as fillers in typical parmesean shakers and even in versions of shredded parmesean- READ THE LABELS AND RESEARCH INGREDIENTS!! Again so glad this is ONE OF THE FEW THAT JUST IS CHEESE! Yum!!!!!

Like eating pieces of plastic. Plus the flavor was slightly off and more pungent as well which added to the plastic taste. Much prefer the powdered version. Do not understand how the shredded could be so bad when it’s basically the same cheese cut differently.
