I love that this version of parmesean does not include cellulose, also known as wood pulp or lint used to “prevent caking” but really used as fillers in typical parmesean shakers and even in versions of shredded parmesean- READ THE LABELS AND RESEARCH INGREDIENTS!! Again so glad this is ONE OF THE FEW THAT JUST IS CHEESE! Yum!!!!!

Like eating pieces of plastic. Plus the flavor was slightly off and more pungent as well which added to the plastic taste. Much prefer the powdered version. Do not understand how the shredded could be so bad when it’s basically the same cheese cut differently.

The Nuttiness flavor and saltiness is what I look for an find in this. I make this alfredo sauce that will blow your mind. -1 Cup of heavy cream, 2 Baby Tablespoons of minced garlic, 2 Cups of this parmesan cheese, and black pepper. put 1 small tablespoon of butter and the minced garlic, make them a light brown but dont let them burn, at medium heat or less, add the cream immediately, let it make bubble then add all the cheese, it looks like alot at first but let it melt. Let the heat to medium and wisk for the cream to melt all the cheese, go from low to medium to avoid burning, add the pepper and thats all. Dont add any salt. it has enough with the cheese. Walla! enjoy :P
