Bellwood Umbrella Stand
I love the look of this umbrella stand, and it works great by our backdoor where it holds an assortment of walking sticks and snake wrangling tools. No umbrellas needed in San Diego! UMBRA website was very easy to use and the frequent updates on the shipment status was greatly appreciated. The reason for the deduction of one star is the difficulty in assembly. The lower screw holes are not aligned and are too shallow. We were finally able to secure the screws by not using the washers. Also, the instructions are not very helpful.

Hard to assemble
Hard to assemble. I almost returned it. It took a long time and many tries using tools not in the packaging to assemble because the bottom will only fit one way. The sides weren't interchangeable so it should have been marked for the correct way to fit the parts together.

Wooden handle doesnt stand straight once assembled
Once assembled, the wooden handle doesnt align perfectly with the rest of the pieces. It tilts to the side. I tried to loosen the screws to adjust it but the wooden handle is on a completely different angle. It looks silly. For the price of the stand, I expected it to be built better.

Golf, Anyone?!!
This umbrella stand is easy to put together and is as beautiful, in person, as shown in the ad. I must confess, however, that it is not being used to hold umbrellas. I purchased it for the express purpose of being my husband's golf club caddy, and, it's working out beautifully because it's tall enough! He's got 3 clubs and 3 balls, for our putting green, and this stand works perfectly to hold them when they're not being used. Psssst, he's no golfer but loves to "putt" around! Thank you, so much, for the elegant and thoughtful design.

Walnut Accent!
We just moved to Victoria from the Prairies. We needed an umbrella stand. I choose the Umbra, I like their products. The accent of Walnut with the Black goes perfectly with our coat rack…that is Black with Walnut knobs. Very well made, we will have it for years….Love it! ,

Modern and Sturdy Umbrella Stand
The umbrella stand was packaged with the care I always appreciate from Umbra. Everything is easily accessible and nothing was missing (which I find a huge lack of quality control with most other companies these days) The umbrella stand was quick and easy to put together, with only a few screws needed. The base is nice and heavy so you don't have to worry about it moving around when you place an umbrella in it. Such a cute and eye-catching design. We are using this in my daughter's lash studio and she gets compliments on it all the time.

I wanted to purchase this for months after first seeing it. I love the minimal, sleek design and style. I also love how it holds tall umbrellas as well as smaller ones with ease. It's lightweight but still heavy enough to be stable.

Not what I was expecting from the photo
I bought this for its nice design, and for the fact that it seemed to have solved the problem of what to do with a small umbrella. (Hang it from the hook.) Unfortunately I am not sure where they found the umbrella in the product photo, but all of my Totes have straps that are too long for the umbrella to actually hang in a vertical position as shown. It hangs at an angle, and protrudes out the side of the holder. Not great if you have a wet umbrella that now has water falling out of the bottom container and onto your floor. If the hook was higher ... maybe on the wood ... it would work ok. Also, there seem to be 4 rubber circles on the bottom -- probably to keep it from moving on the floor. But if you have an LVP floor, you need to know this since rubber can discolor your floor.

Chic but difficult
Nice, chic, and sturdy umbrella holder. Holds several. However, it’s quite a pain to put together. The tools provided do not work well, it’s tricky and took way too long to assemble so I removed a star.

Modern, unique and functional
I love this umbrella stand. I bought one for each of my home entrances, one in each color. The design of the stand is perfect for either tall or compact umbrellas. It remains discreetly in the corner but is beautiful if it catches our eye. I love it. The construction is durable and I like that i can see the base to make sure there isn't anything gross collecting in the bottom. I imagine it'll be easier to clean when I need to do it.

Exactly what I was looking for. I love that it has hooks for smaller umbrellas. Its base is surprisingly solid and the stand was easy to assemble. I didn't think about how the white would get dirty easily, but still worth it for the aesthetic.
