BIBS pacifiers are 100% free from BPA, PVC and phthalates. For optimal safety and hygiene, replace the pacifier after 4-6 weeks of use and always inspect the pacifier carefully before each use. Do not use the pacifier at the first sign of damage or weakness in the material.

Available in three sizes: Size 1 (0-6 months), Size 2 (6-18 months) and Size 3 (18+ months).

Round Nipple:
The round nipple resembles the shape and size of the mother's soft nipple and promotes a similar tongue placement and sucking technique as breastfeeding. The round shape allows the sides of the tongue to cup around the nipple, similar to the way it happens during breastfeeding.

Round Shield:
The round BIBS shield is equipped with three vent holes and a round handle ring. The shield is carefully designed to curve away from the sensitive and delicate skin around the baby’s mouth to help prevent moisture buildup and irritation.

When it comes to pacifier nipples, no size or shape is right or wrong because all babies are different. Babies have different preferences, different sucking techniques and different mouth anatomies. BIBS offers a variety of pacifiers that meet all babies' unique needs.

Cleaning & Quality:
Always sterilize each pacifier before use. Do not use sterilizer. Pour boiling water over the pacifier no longer than 5 minutes. For hygiene reasons and/or wear and tear, we recommend discarding pacifiers after 4-6 weeks. BIBS pacifiers are made with natural rubber latex, which is a natural material that may expand and degrade when used, exposed to sunlight and due to baby's suction.

If you experience water in the nipple:
After cleaning it is not unusual that water remains in the nipple. This is because all our pacifier nipples are equipped with a valve, letting out air while the baby closes down on the nipple. This ventilation system causes the air from inside the nipple to be pushed out through the valve, thereby flattening the nipple shape naturally after the baby's oral cavity. The valve is also the reason why water can be present inside the nipple after cleaning and sterilization.

If this is the case, simply squeeze the nipple flat to press out the excess water. If water drops remain in the nipple, just let the pacifier air-dry.
