I have bought this brand of correction tape for years w/no problem. The double pack I purchased both of these continually twisted and could not use either. I currently have a compound fracture lower spine and dont have anyone to pickup more today. I was so frustrated I threw the bad ones away. This is the 3rd or 4th problem in the past week with other orders being incomplete orders (items missing) when received. I have been a customer of Simpsonville store for years and never had so many issues in a week D3

Terrible, Unreliable Product
This product completely suck. Stop dispensing after just a few uses. Now an almost new item is useless. What a waste of money. Bic used to offer a reliable dispenser but now they have ruined it. Won't be buying this again.

Does not work. It’s a struggle to get it to come out or it tangles.

Love the product but I wish there was a cap to keep the tape from getting caught on other items. It covers well but storage can be an issue

Get the Papermate version instead
I'm returning this item because it's so poorly designed that it's practically useless. The tape bubbled after 10 seconds of normal use. It's impossible to turn the spool from the outside. Opening the case to re-wind the tape leads to a mess. I would recommend the Papermate version of this product instead.

Strip loosens foo easily
These larger versions aren’t as nice as the smaller version. These don’t last as long because the strip comes off the track easily and there’s no good way to tighten it again to continue to use it well.

Quality issue: Sticky side of tape on the wrong side
One of the two dispensers in this package seems to be defective. The slightly sticky side on the pink dispenser is faced up instead of down, so the white correction tape doesn't stick to the paper when applied.

What a mess....don't buy these
First off, they don't work like the original. You have to hold these sideways. It worked for 2 strokes and then got stuck and tore. The whole thing unravled. Same with the 2nd one. Threw them both out....waste of my money. Wish I could give 0 stars

Not feeling this method
This is not the easiest to work with, and it the area needs a double line some of the first line tends to be removed by the cutter edge when you pass over the initial line. Think I will just go back to the original paint on type. This is far more trouble than it is worth. The first dispenser the tape broke off inside with no way to open and rethread, so basically paid over $5 for one spool. Not too happy.

No lids???
The wite-out tape itself is fine, but these do not come with lids! So, if you need to carry this in a backpack or laptop bag, there is no way to 1) protect the tape from getting damaged, and 2) protect your stuff from getting wite-out tape all over it. Really, Bic? You chose to save $0.03 to forego the lids at the expense of conveinence to your customers. With no lid, I expect the wite-out tape will dry out quicker and not last as long. Probably another one of Bic's stratgies. Shame on Bic. I am considering returning and going with a different brand.
