There is a bit of glue build up on a corner of the board, and the frame isn’t just four pieces, it’s several pieces out together. I feel that could affect the sturdiness with time. Other than that, it was extremely easy to put together and start playing. Really cool way to play a board game.

The neutral/aesthetic blue checkered pattern resembles and practically is an art piece in itself; yet is functional and unique in that it can provide entertainment! (And no need to worry about storage because it hangs beautifully!) The board is well made, solid and a good weight (not cheap partial board) feels high end and usability is 10:10, magnets are strong and hold pieces onto the board without slippage! Such an innovative spin on a classic game!

The design is beautiful enough to leave hanging up as decor, but you can easily take it down to play if you want to sit. Whenever we like to play we just need to put it down to the ground, it’s very easy to play. The magnet is strong enough for hang it on the wall but still easy to play or move it.

The pieces stick quite well. My only knock is it’s a little heavy to hang so you need a decent wall. But once we found one it was easy to hang. Feels durable.

I don’t have an image of it up just yet but I plan to come back to this post once my husband puts it in my son’s room because he’s claimed it “mom I need that in my room for when all my friends come over!” So it’s definitely a hit at our house! It’s easy to put up but I’m not allowed to make holes in our new walls. (Haha) we have had this long enough to test it out over and over we love it. I want to see if it comes in other colors!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that, in theory, this is such a cool idea. In reality though it doesn’t seem super practical. It took me a several minutes to fit the screw into the wall hanger and I don’t especially want to try to do it again which takes the idea of bringing the game board off the wall to play, off the table. This would be fine except that where we hung the board on the wall (the height that I would hang any frame or artwork) is a little too high for my kids to keep their arms stretched in order to play a full game of checkers. I think that if I had gone with the tic tac toe version of the game or if I got this with the intention of only adults playing, it would be fine, just not super practical for small kids playing a full game of checkers. Overall, I think this is a cool idea and the game looks great on my wall, I just don’ know how much use it will get in my home for the next couple of years.

I make a move and when my son is home, he makes a move. Not to mention, the game itself is art. It looks like an art peice hanging on the wall. The peices hang on to the board magnetically to the board. I certainly would recommend it!

We love the blue colors and plan to use it in our beach home - it’s especially great for coastal decors. The size is also perfect. It’s not too large, but definitely large enough to play easily whether wall-mounted or on a tabletop. It’s also very easy to move around if needed. The checker pieces and board are magnetic, so playing as a wall-mounted game is no problem. We really like the sturdy wooden frame, and the whole set seems to be very well made.

The setup was easy; just like any other picture you hang from the wall. It wasn't as heavy as I expected which was a major plus. My daughter and I are currently in a battle(lol). We made a deal everytime we pass by, we have to make a move on the board. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone whether its for the esthetics of the home or a friendly conversation piece!

Such a cute wall piece too, easy to take down. Our set up didnt come with the hook screws as shown in the directions but we improvised. Love the size of the board super fun for the entire family!

The game board is made with absolutely wonderful quality. The checkers board has a wood frame all the way around the board making it look decorative. The board is able to hang on the wall and even be played on the wall as the board pieces are magnetic. This is a fun way to decorate and have fun all in one.
