Doesn't blow out butterflies

Horrible

This gives a few good minutes of fun but doesn't last. The butterflies are slow rising because the fan isn't very strong. It also doesn't fit back in the box once it's put together so storage is a pain.

The fan is not strong enough. My daughter wants to like it but it take a very long time for any "butterflies" to come out.

Terrible, it’s not how they used to make it. The butterfly don’t even make it out.

Spent $15 on batteries for this just for it to take forever to spit out the butterflies. Disappointing to say the least.

Butterflies won’t come out. The motor/fan isn’t strong enough. Extremely disappointing as we wasted money on this game plus batteries for it. It takes C batteries which most people don’t have.

Zero stars! Should have read the reviews but saw it for $20 and picked it up. Like everyone else here -- the butterflies just swirl around in the bottom of the trunk and no nowhere ! Completely anticlimactic-- I won't even bother to return it bc my time is worth more. Target should be ashamed of this product and pull it immediately.

It does not even deserve 1 star, I am so heartbroken over them ruining a great toy. This should be a abomination. They ruin everything over a "loud motor" I always wanted as a kid. Never got it, so what do I do? I buy this for my kid, to enjoy it for the both of us. We were met with extreme dissatisfaction. This is not fair to my 5 year old or myself as 26 years old. I waited 26 years to play with the elefun & now I'm elehurt. Do better.

Motor too weak. Does not work. Duracell batteries does not help.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Bought this for my son because I played with it as a kid. Not a single butterfly makes it up the tube after waiting minutes. Super disappointing.

⭐️⭐️ Honestly, I’m really disappointed with this product. I bought it because this game is very nostalgic for me, so I was excited to have it again. Unfortunately, the product feels extremely cheap and does not work the way it should. The elephant’s trunk barely blows any air, so when you put the butterflies in, they don’t actually fly up like they’re supposed to. You end up waiting and waiting for the butterflies to finally move, and even then, they barely go anywhere. What makes it even more frustrating is that I had to buy **four D batteries** just for this thing, and it still barely works. Spending extra money on batteries only to have the game not work properly is honestly crazy. It completely ruins the fun of the game. I really wanted to love this because of the nostalgia, but I honestly regret buying it. Save your money and don't buy this product

Let me just say that when I discovered that this was available at Target for $20, I gathered my family and I said we are leaving NOW to make sure that we were able to get one. I then couldn’t find it on the shelf and had to ask for it in the back; the nice employees were able to get it for me. Of course, Elefun is just as fun as when I had it when I was a child. I wanted my own children to experience this fantastic game. And my kids (both under age 3) absolutely love it! A few differences from the version from the 1990s: Smaller elephant and a longer trunk (so long that we may trim it a bit). Wish it came with more than 2 nets and more butterflies. However, let me tell you that your children will not be disappointed in anyway by this wonderful wonderful product. All of the other ones from the 1990s are averaging $60+ online. This, of course, is a much better deal than paying over $60 plus shipping. In sum, I would highly recommend this amazing toy. I will just simply be purchasing some more nets and butterflies online elsewhere so when they have friends over they can all play together.

Mad at myself for not reading reviews before purchasing. Like everyone else is saying .. to put it simply this game sucks. I was so excited to see this was back for my son because i remember loving this game growing up. It’s not the same. It doesn’t work. The butterflies don’t come out. The motor doesn’t work. We tried multiple sets of batteries thinking it was the batteries. It’s the game. Don’t buy

Don't bother buying, butterflies don't come out.

I was so excited to find this because I had it as a child. Unfortunately the motor is not strong enough to blow up the butterflies. Sadly I guess I’ll have to return it

Motor is too weak to work, in order to get any butterflies out you need to cut 12” from the trunk
