Q: Many reviewers have commented it's small. What are the dimensions?

submitted by janitplanet - 6 years ago
  • A: estimated ship dimensions: 6.0 inches length x 5.5 inches width x 3.8 inches height

submitted byno name - 6 years ago
  • A: This is not the Hasbro Crocodile Dentist game which is larger. I mistakenly thought it was. It is really small.

Q: How do you play this game?

submitted by Sue - 5 years ago
  • A: To set the game up, you open the mouth of the crocodile and all the teeth should pop up. You take turns pushing one tooth and than pass to the next person. If you push the wrong tooth the crocodile mouth closes and you are out. Last person to stay in the game wins.

submitted by m - 7 years ago
  • A: Yes this is the smaller portable version of the game.

Disliked the way Target packaged this item for shipment. We had to return it because the item has been crushed in shipping by the other items packaged in the same box without any form of cushion.

You have to really jam the teeth down hard in order to trigger the mouth to shut so sometimes teeth were pressed too lightly and nothing would happen after they were all pushed down. After two days my daughter dropped it in the car and now the mouth won't stay open so it's heading to the trash.

The crocodile can do a hard snap on your finger, which isn’t great for playing with kids.

Dangerous and Painful for Little Fingers

1 out of 5 stars
Thumbs down graphic, would not recommend
AJ0428 - 10 months ago, Verified purchaser
This is a dangerous game for little fingers. The top that chomps down is thin and when it chomps on little fingers, it hurts. My 5 year old doesn’t like it as she says it really hurts her finger. They should have included a separate device or something to help reach in and push the teeth down, so that when it chomps, it is not chomping on little, fragile fingers. Don’t waste your money.

This toy doesn't work quite right. Most of the time the mouth doesn't actually close. Even when all the teeth are pressed down. If you touch the head, it will snap shut at that point. But it doesn't work as intended.

Family fun for the little ones. I bought this game as one of the first games for my toddler and she absolutely loved it. It was fun for adults too. It’s spring loaded, you take turns pressing down the teeth and eventually it snaps down on someone. It does not hurt but it did make me jump a few times which my daughter thinks is so funny.

My daughter and I laughed so hard it is such a cute game. It is kind of like hungry hungry hippos, but not as invasive you just put your finger where the teeth are. It is such a cute game for such a little amount of money recommended for anybody rather any child It's a great game for the family

I bought this game for my son. He’s three, so we need pretty simple games. Unfortunately, it only worked consistently a handful of times. You can feel when it should snap, but it just doesn’t.

We played the Hasbro version of this game with our daughter which was larger and came with scissor type tweezers used to pull the teeth. The mouth would close, and it would roll toward you. I bought this for our grandson. This is a mini version. You tap the teeth and the mouth randomly closes with a snap. Pretty good snap on the finger too. Disappointed.

This game didn't hold up to a lot of usage. After a couple months it simply just stopped working. What I did like was the smaller size from the original old school version.
