These steamers are perfect for morning or night. They soothe and reenergize.

VERY strong to the point where it irritated my eyes. I think if I used it when I had bad congestion it would be ok for that, but the eye irritation ruined it for me. It also smells a lot more like menthol than eucalyptus.

Even in the direct stream of water from the shower, it lasted the entirety of my not-quick shower. Maybe some mint scent to it, but I thought there was maybe a hint of menthol and didn’t catch much of a eucalyptus smell at all. I use them especially when I’m feeling congested or just need to unwind. One tip that folks nay find helpful is to place the tablet toward the edge of the shower (not directly under the water) so it lasts longer and releases the scent gradually. They’re individually wrapped, so they stay fresh and make a cute gift too. I’ve tried other steamers, but these are by far the most effective. Will definitely repurchase! It was crazy to see it actually clear my nasal passages and it was pleasant after the initial powerful scent. At first. I do appreciate how I was individually packaged so if I wanted to give these away as a gift I could. The only thing I wish I could change is just that initial really powerful scent. The scent out of the package was nice, and it started dissolving quickly in the water. The lavendae scent filled my shower nicely. However, a strong menthol aspect didn't sit well with me; I could almost "taste" it, which was unpleasant. If you're sensitive to menthol, be aware. For my quick showers (~7 minutes), it lasted the whole time. But if you take longer than 10-minute showers, it likely won't last. Ultimately, while the lavendar scent was good, the strong menthol was a deal-breaker for me. I received an incentive to write this review.

Each of the tablets is individually wrapped inside the box. Be sure to put the tablets on your shower floor away from the actual stream of water. They are not meant to be submerged. I’m used to having bath bombs around, but they just seem to make a lot of mess at this point I like that this tablet dissolves slowly and doesn’t leave a mess behind. You definitely don’t want to run it under direct water. It will go away so fast and it’s best to use with warm water for best results. It comes with a set of two and it says not to put in the direct stream of your water so I put on the outskirts in my shower. They didn’t melt super fast, which was awesome. The box only comes with 2 tablets, but they are pretty large. They dissolved easily in my shower and lasted the whole time which was great! I took a 15min shower with fairly hot water, and the tablet lasted the whole time with a bit left over to continue dissolving after I got out. I received an incentive to write this review.
