The actual bench design is really cute but it looks super small and little. The colors match the images I just wished it was a little bit longer and the baskets are small as well. It looks kinda cheap for its price.

Particleboard
Cute and can make it right especially with the shelve that hangs on top and some decor but particleboard for the price Sucks. Some parts were chipped and the baskets that came with it , were already kinda falling apart . This might last 2 year at the most for over $300.00.

Decent bench
The bench is attractive and I would have given it a rating of five stars, but the instructions for assembly are quite a challenge to follow. It's mostly pictures and the print is so small its hard to read. Also, one of the holes to insert a connector was not cleaned out fully so I could not get the connector in the hole all the way. I gave it a slight tap with a screw driver and it busted through the side of the laminate. Now, I have a big hole on the side, but since that side faces a wall, I decided not to return it to Target. It does not have an odor as some people reported, but it's also not real wood. It's made of MDF panel with a laminate surface, which is way the connector busted through the side. It was advertised as being wood and I think that is misleading.

Strong smell
I love everything about this except the strong smell. I have not been able to bring it in the house from the garage and I put it together about a week ago. I'm not sure if it's the baskets and/or the cushions or the base (they all have a strong smell). We are trying to "air it out" in the garage until it doesn't seem toxic to bring in the house. We might have to buy a new cushion and baskets in the end. Other than that, it's a beautiful bench. :-l

Beautiful bench
I’ve been looking for a bench to put next to our front door for a while, but it’s been challenging to find one that fits under our window that’s only 18 inches off the ground. This bench fit perfectly and looks beautiful. Very solid construction and doesn’t look cheap at all. Liked it so much that I’m getting another one!

Made a hall into a mudroom
A fast way to convert an entryway into a mudroom. The bins are nice for stowing diaper bags and purses and are surprisingly sturdy. My children love having their own, deep cubbies for shoes. Assembly can be done by one person. The odor was gone in 48 hours.

VERY STRONG ODOR
I just opened up the box and there is definitely a very strong odor to it that I couldn't wait to put it together before I wrote a review. I've set out all the pieces in my garage hoping the smell will go away in a few days. I have given it a 1 star rating just for the smell. I can't comment on the product itself yet and will update my review when I do.

I bought this bench for our entryway filled with shoes. It not only looks great, but has plenty of storage for shoes, etc. Great buy for the money!!

Awesome buy
I love this entryway bench! After searching and serching through many websites (overstock, pier 1, pottery barn) I came across this one. Something about the style, color and baskets I really liked. It looks just like the picture shown. My husband put it together in about 2 hrs. There are some pieces that just weren't aligning correctly but maybe it's how he assembled it. It looks like a high price item and it looks just like a pottery barn piece but for half the price. Definitely recommend it. It makes my entryway look so put together and makes our lives a bit easier with children. My 3 year old loves it and likes to sit on it and put his shoes on or just play on it lol. My husband is 6 ft and weights just under 200lbs and sits comfortably.

Entery way bench
The bench was well package and came in great shape. Was easy to put together. It is a nice bench with some handy storage. We wanted something to sit on to wipe the dog off when we come back from walking on rainy days. The basket is nice to keep towels for this and his leash. This serves the purpose well. There was n odor at first, but we did what others had posted and set the baskets outside for the day.

Nice entry bench
Came packaged very well but noticed a small crack in the wood on one side piece probably not due to shipping just a normal wood stress fracture and not worth sending back because of. Did have the two middle shelf pieces marked wrong but was able to figure out that I just needed to switch them to make it go together right. I was hoping for a little nicer cushion but it looks fine and will work.

Love my bench!
I've been looking for a bench for a while and finally took the plunge with this one. Relatively easy to assemble. Love the way the hardware was packaged. Very sturdy. The smell I read about on other reviews didn't last long. Great storage baskets and cubbies.

Great purchase, overall very please but could make a few changes
Really like the bench. It was not hard to put together and looks great and feels sturdy. Overall very pleased with the purchase. There are a couple minor things I think would make it better though. The cushion for the seat isn't very comfortable and is stiff. Also it hangs over the seat a bit as well. The other thing I would change is the wicker baskets, I wish they had a handle cut out to grab them and make it easier when pulling them out of the cubby to take stuff out. Overall though these are just minor things and I am very pleased with the bench and would recommend it.

Perfect Entryway Bench
This bench is perfect for an entryway. It was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. The cubby-holes and baskets are perfect for storing shoes in an organized way. It has helped to declutter our house and a place sit and to put on our shoes. We love it!
