You care. What more can I say. The bike is the best built bike I've own( I've own a lot of good bike over 73 years). Touch-up paint came with the new bike, Who does that? This will be my last bike. Thanks. Ps: I've been riding ever day loving it.

Easy to put miles on
I have rode the bike enough to get comfortable riding. It is rattle box on imperfect roads. I like the smoothness in the shifting. The bike is light, so I don't get fatigued riding up hills. Overall, it's a great way to be outside.

Bike came and assembly took less than 30 minutes. I have been loving my belt drive as my first non-fixed gear commuter bike. Responsive and super fast, can't wait to mod it and have been using it as my daily rider.

Nice bike for trail riding. Easy to assemble with the video instructions. The gears (2nd and 3rd) are not as smooth as they should be... and tweaking them per instructions hasn't helped much. The handlebar grips are a bit tough on my palms after a 20-30 min ride. Had to get gel-gloves to manage the rides.

My best bike yet

I love the bike! It was so easy to assemble and blew my mind of it's performance on the first ride. Powerful tool for a commuter or even just a bike to hit the trails. I highly recommend. Delivered super quick, in perfect condition, the package was not super heavy and easy to get into my house. 10/10

I had high hopes for the bike and while it is what it says it is, I set my expectations a little too high. First, for under $700, it is a great value. I wanted and casual geometry chromoly frame, belt drive, and IGH with at least 7 gears. This is tough to find and nearly unheard of for less than $1000. That being said, the components and finishes and quality control are lesser than what I am acustom to. Many people won't mind or notice at this price point. I will continue to ride this bike and enjoy it. I would likely recommend it to most casual riders looking for a fun low frill and low maintenance casual commuter bike.

Enjoying the bike. Seems to get better every time I ride. So smooth. So quiet I needed to buy a bell so people could hear me coming. I think you should include a bell with the bike.🙂 Not really bike related. Only complaint could be that I have tried several bags to go on the Hudson rear rack I bought with the bike but they just don't fit right. The pannier bag is good but sometimes my foot rubs it when I'm pedaling.

This is the greatest bike I've ever owned. Light-weight, holds two dogs and camera gear. An absolute beast! The belt drive means no more grease stains in my car. With the single sleep, I no longer have to tune gears. Imagine a single perfect gear. That's this bike. Customer service was also great. Assembly videos made getting started quick and easy.

Quality build
Quality build, easy to navigate website with a ton of information to help make a decision on what bike it right for you. Shipped securely and packed well for easy out of the box set up. The eight is a great hybrid bike that can easily be made into your every day commuter. The gear range of the alfine 8 with Gates 150t x 22t is great for speed, but requires a lot of effort to push up climbs.

Love my new ride! We live in the FL panhandle. The sealed gears are perfect for the salty air we experience. The belt drive is also amazing and avoids us having a rusty chain. The bike was easy to assemble and is well-made.

I love my new bike
I love my new bike. The electronic gear shift and gear box are incredible. The belt drive is smooth and seamless. There is no oil, grease or dirt on the drive chain, keeping the back of the car clean. The quality of manufacturing is excellent with great components like the carbon fork, disc brakes and carbon seat post. The bike is not the lightest, but neither am I. This is the last bike you will need to buy. It was not cheap but it is a great value. I love it.

The bicycle was very well packaged. Plenty of padding and wrapping used to ensure it arrived in perfect condition. The shipping charges were reasonable for the size and weight of the box. Riding the Eight is very enjoyable, as there are no sounds at all from the bike other than the tires on the pavement. The belt drive and internal gear hub operate completely silently.

I've owned a Bruzer for 2 months
I've owned a Bruzer for 2 months. It seems reliable. I think it's not to quick, but it shifts well. I have never had a grip shifter. But it is easy to pick up and you can move through many gears at once, even from a stop The pedals provided broke after a month of use. It is a all weather commuter bike which only needs to be hosed off ever once in a while.
