The Brixwell Stud Replacement Set is designed for use with compatible hardware assemblies that require standard stud and cap mounting. Each set includes two pieces with a diameter of 3/4" and uses a 1/4"-20 thread standard cap assembly. The cap thickness measures 1/8", supporting proper seating during installation. This set is intended for replacement or maintenance use where existing studs or caps need to be changed without altering the original hardware configuration. All dimensions are fixed as manufactured and should be verified before installation to ensure compatibility with the existing assembly. Installation steps are 1) Remove the existing stud and cap from the hardware assembly, 2) Clean the mounting area and threaded hole, 3) Align the replacement stud with the threaded opening, 4) Thread the stud into place by hand, 5) Seat the cap fully against the surface, and 6) Tighten until secure while avoiding overtightening.
