Slimy and smells off.
I bought this a few times, and it was great at first, but now it's a hit or miss. The previous time I bought this it smelled rancid, so I thought maybe I didn't store it properly or it was somehow mishandled during storage for my drive up. I went to the store yesterday and physically got two, opened one a few minutes ago today, and it's the same rancid smell all over again. I'm now convinced some of these are just bad. I read the smell can be from vacuum sealed steaks, so I did the recommendation and open aired it for more than 30 min in the fridge, and it still has that smell. I'll be looking to return these.

Disgustingly mushy
Beware. I purchased this steak the same day I planned to cook it. When I opened it and pressed on it it was mushy like pressing play-doh. I could flatten the entire steak with my fingertip. Gross! Into the garbage it went. I will never buy this brand again.

Poor quality control!
This steak was under the advertised weight (9oz) and was falling apart (not in the good way. As soon as I took it out of the package, it was torn in half and coming apart. It had an off smell as well, even though there were more than ten days before the expiration date. I would not recommend this product.

Great Steak
If you know how to cook steak this comes out perfect. Seems like some of the reviews with pictures are from people that cannot cook a proper steak.
