High Quality Beef in Your Local Target
Fantasic beef, as it was when we used to purchase it mail-order. 90/10 Grass-Fed beef will yield liquid in your pan when cooking it. Grass fed beef has more water and still has 10% fat. That equals liguid in the pan but it is not all disgusting fat as someone stated. This is a higher quality beef than the previous brand they carried. As you did when you cooked 80/20 beef you poor off or soak up that extra liquid and you have your healthier meat.

If I could give zero I would!! I am not sure why target no longer offers the "good gather" 90/10 grass fed beef, but they need it back! This brand either had some malfunction at the plant and labeled this 90/10 wrong or its just disgusting and super fatty and they are lying! I used to always buy my ground beef from Target because of price in the quality was very consistent. I always use the ground beef to make the same recipe and never had an issue. This ground beef has so much fattiness liquid coming from a package that is supposed to be 90/10. I will never buy the ground beef his friend ever again I had fun two packs and able to cook the same way and look the same extremely fatty.

Delicious Ground Beef
I used this meat for meatballs. I baked the meatballs in the oven. There was hardly any fat, they were tender, and they were loved by all. I highly recommend this ground beef. I came to Target to find Butcherbox specifically. I had to ask an employee to go and get it from the back. If you’re looking for it in store, don’t give up. Target - please fix this!
