The Best Cheddar Available
The BEST tasting cheese! We love your Seriously Sharp Cheddar and joke all the time “it’s Sharp…Seriously!” It has become a staple in our home - we use it for everything that cheese can go on! I would love to see this in the deli as they only carry sharp cheddar or Hoffman Super Sharp (which tastes artificial).

Love real dairy products are but lactose intolerance
Being lactose intolerance, I am glad to see this cheese in Target, which price is cheaper than regular prices from other supermarkets. Hopefully, there are more lactose free real dairy products such as butter (Green Valley brand) are offered.

Disappointed
I have been buying Seriously Sharp forever for use in macaroni and cheese and just for eating. Over the last few months the sharpness is few and far between. I am very disappointed with your product.

Deserves a Statue
This has been my go-to cheddar for over two decades and I've been through over 700 pounds (conservative) over that period. In my experience it has never varied. When given time to relax at room temperature it is dreamy creamy, big acid and a funk that keeps developing if left out. It will become quite pungent! Very little if any sweetness even in aftertaste. Great by itself but I love it in a meal with apples and potato chips. Really stands up to mustard. And toasted this cheese is pure heaven. 5 stars but the price makes it 6 stars.

Recepie Change ?
First I want to say that I have been buying cabot cheese forever because of the lactose free. I literally have a cheese drawer in my fridge that's how much cheese we use. I used to buy the Vermont flavor the most as it was so creamy and flavorful. Lately it's has very little taste and I thought I got a bad couple of packs but it wasn't the case. Very limited on flavor no matter the flavor. I unfortunately am venturing out to other brands but nothing can compare to the old Vermont flavor. I hope you read this and if you did have a recepie change to make it cost similar because let's be honest cost is everything.. I would rather pay more for cheese and flavor than keep it the around the same price and no flavor.

However, several factors can affect the flavor, such as temperature, milk properties, cheese making techniques, aging, etc. Our cheese graders and our quality team work hard to minimize variances, but it can be difficult, and some low flavor bars can slip by. Try our 3-year, 5-year and 10-year cheddars for superior longer aged cheese!

Cheese has changed
This was my favorite cheese and I used to buy the largest size making sure I had more than one in the fridge at all times, but the texture and taste has changed. I will be buying something different from now on.

Quality gone down lately
Has gone down hill not same as it used to be every time I buy it’s very in consistency and not always seriously sharp last batch was like wet block if normal cheese no flaky ness at all
