Camp Snap Video Camera CS-VC8

I still haven’t been able to transfer any data from it to my phone and I’ve tried 3 different cables. I don’t like that you have to unscrew the camera to get to the SD card. It should be easier to access. I’m thinking of returning it.

Definitely a cool camera to shoot video with!!!!!! If you have old-school cameras or even if you are new to them, you should enjoy this camera. It’s nice to see people breaking away from their phone screens and filming like we used to have to film.

I bought this for myself because it reminded me of old school video cameras that captured moments while also being a part of them. Needless to say my 7 and 13 year old kids had more fun with it than I did! I love the fact that I can import immediately to my phone. I was very surprised in the video quality also! Great purchase!

i honestly love everything about this cs-8 digital video camera. it’s beyond nostalgic. these videos keep you in the moment and make you look forward to what you might have captured. i also got the camp snap camera and have been taking it everywhere i go! i highly recommend this.

Good quality, been looking for a easy video camera but there was no interesting ones in this price range and this is definitely the coolest and most interesting. The options being dials makes it easy to change res and filter quickly, can plug into ipad or pc to transfer photos. I’m very bored of editing videos on pc so I love how it’s prefiltered and set to whatever resolution in the camera itself. The trigger to record makes it so easy to only record exactly what you want so I don’t need to trim clips if I don’t want to I can just quickly transfer the videos to my ipad and stick them imovie to compile them into a video. Love the zoom too, when I recorded on iphone I manually would do slow zooms via editing since I like how well the movement of a zoom transitions to another zooming clip, so being able to d do it directly on the camera with the buttons makes it much more fun. Only issue I have is there’s a black smudge on the preview screen but it looks like piece of plastic that could be removed if I took apart the camera but it doesn’t affect the experience. Makes making little videos fun again, just like how the campsnap og and pro have done for photos.

Good camera. The first shots look good. One small drawback: the labels on the buttons are a little too small for my eyes. Now all I need is a suitable bag.

Love the camera, the ease of operation, the filming options, and the finished product! Wish we could give it more than 5 stars!
