well, obviously it's cheap LOL but micro SD required and not included =\
okay obviously this is not meant to be a high-quality, hi-res photo taking device and i'm kinda lol at all these reviews that are mad about the photo quality. the photos are meant to be kitsch, nostalgic, and - yeah - crap. that's part of the fun of a FIVE DOLLAR camera. i'm giving this a low rating because they do not make it clear that to transfer your photos, you HAVE to use your own micro SD card; they don't transfer via data cable. kinda a big bummer since i don't have a backup micro SD laying around and they're starting to get stupid-expensive. still a fun toy, though

Good for young children
I think that this is pretty much the camera you could expect for the price. It is very lightweight, fairly small, and very basic. It's user interface is clearly designed for children, as it has cartoonish graphics. It takes very basic pictures, nothing fancy and doesn't capture details. Unfortunately my kids (ages 7, 9, and 10) don't really like using it because the pictures don't come out clear. I'm sure a younger child would have a field day with it, but it doesn't get much use in our household.

This little camera is a potato. It takes very low quality pictures. The overall feel is not substantial. It feels light and cheap. I could definitely see a toddler absolutely loving it. It did not come with a memory card and you have to provide one yourself. Ultimately, it’s a fun stocking stuffer type gift. If you are looking for hi-res pictures, look elsewhere.

A grab and go camera
A little smaller than I expected but it definitely makes for a grab and go camera. You do need to purchase your own memory card as it does not come with one. It comes with a convenient strap that attaches to the camera and also a charging cord that you will need your own charging block for. It’s lightweight and seems durable.

It's good for little kids
Little kids would probably like this camera. It's small for their hands and very lightweight. The quality of the pictures aren't the best so I don't know how well they would print out. They would probably like the different borders options to choose from. I'd recommend it for kids under a as they may consider it as a simple toy. Older kiddos would want something more reliable and of hight quality if they want to take good pictures.

Fun Beginner Camera for Kids
The camera is a fun way to get kids into taking their own photos but it also is fun for adults similar to how disposable cameras used to be. I like that the filters and borders are built into camera for added fun. It was easy to navigate and charge the camera. I didn’t have a designated microsd card at first but I was still able to take photos with the camera. I wish it had flash so it could be used indoors or later in the day but it’s a great toy!

“Fun size” digital camera
Good little camera for kids if you don’t want to just hand over your phone. You’ll have to buy a micro SD card separately which was a little inconvenient. Camera works fine and is well sized for little hands. The shape is too bulky to fit in a pocket & still takes up more space in my purse than my cell phone does. Overall, I’d say it’s ok, not great.

Fun size and frames
Great size. Very cute camera. It has a lot of fun frames to add to your photos. Nice to have attached to a bag to use on the go. The noises it makes are fun. I imagine a child would absolutely love this as a first time camera to take pictures with.

Love it
My kids love this GEMS mini digital camera. It fits in the palm of our hand. Setting it up was easy, and they love snapping pictures and videos and uploading them onto the computer. It came with a charging cord, and battery life is good. The kids did use the camera without a micro-SD card, but it is needed for video recording and other features.

Seven year old loves it
Cute little camera that my seven year old loves. She quickly learned the buttons and loves taking pictures of her toys. We will be taking it on vacation very soon, and I’m excited to see the photos she takes! It is very lightweight, and comes with a long strap to wear around your neck. It needs a micro sd card to transfer the photos to a computer - the charging cable does not pull up files on the computer. The photos aren’t great quality, but I think it’s such a fun first camera for young kids.

The size of this camera is perfect for taking on the go especially with the wrist strap. It’s very easy to use. I wild say the only downside is the imagine quality isn’t as great as other options but would be perfect for younger children.

I have to admit this camera ia not at all what I expected. I thought it would be a normal digital camera, but it's a toy. The packaging is deceiving. It's cheap, lightweight plastic and the screen quality is low so the pictures are hard to see. It's really meant for a child, so buyer beware.

This little camera is really cute, however it feels pretty cheaply made. It took okay-ish photos and was fun for a birthday party, but it genuinely feels like it might fall apart. Storage would be easy since it’s so small. It’s a fun little gadget for a party, but otherwise not worth it.

Easy and portable
Oh My Goodness...How Cute is this Rechargeable Minidigital Camera. The Bright Orange is a great color. This is extremely user friendly , and useful for all ages groups. The size makes it even more fun to use and it can fit just about anywhere for convenient portability.
