Love these! When flat ironing my hair, I like to chase my fine tooth comb with the flat iron. I always worry the flat iron will get to close to my other plastic combs, and melt them. Maybe I’m dramatic. But these give me peace of mind knowing the carbon fiber will hold up better against the heat.

It's great for preventing static and fly aways but only if you keep it out of reach from your Australian Shepherd pup who's hero is the Tasmanian devil.

I bought this mostly for the comb and have no thoughts on the brush. But the comb is good basic comb that doesn't feel flimsy or cheap like the ones you get in a plastic bundle. I use it to comb my conditioner through my hair and to also comb out my hair after I curled it. My hair type is straight and fine. Overall can't be the price.

I have hip length, thick, wavy hair. I have broken more combs than I can count. I love this carbon fiber comb! It is flexible enough not to pull your hair, the teeth are smooth and don't break your hair, and it is heat resistant. I love that it doesn't cause static build up while you are combing like plastic. It's also a great deal, big comb for detangling, small for smoothing.

I have extremely thick hair that tangles easily. I cannot tell you how many combs I have had break on me over the years, just from simply trying to brush my hair. I've always just begrudgingly bought new ones over and over again thinking that was just how it had to be. But while searching for another new comb to buy after yet another one broke, I came across these, and thought they were worth at least trying, and I'm SO glad I did. These combs are incredible quality and they were made to last a LONG time, especially for hair that is thick or corse. I have used them for several months now and not once have they even so much as bent. They are extremely sturdy, and I honestly don't see them ever breaking, which is not something I've been able to say about any comb before. I don't use heat on my hair, so I can't say how they perform in that aspect, but given their quality I definitely see them holding up to heat no problem. I'm honestly surprised they aren't more expensive due to their quality and longevity. If you're on the fence about them, just buy them. I promise you will not be disappointed!

And the Combs are flawless. I received a rat tail one and a wide-tooth one. And I love how they did not bend when I was blow drying my hair and I also love how they didn't take out that much hair. I also love the design of the Combs.

These carbon fiber combs have been amazing at not breaking while I comb my hair and they didn't melt when flat ironing my hair. I love them and I will definitely be getting more just to have as a back up.

They felt beyond strong against my 3c/4a hair. I have had to bury a few past combs. I don't see this comb having to being retired early. My favorite comb is the rat tail comb hands down. The wide tooth comb is perfect for do detangling.

These combs are to die for! I used the wide tooth comb after my wash-and-go routine to separate my curls and I was happy to see that it DID NOT yank out any of my hair. My curls were cute! I was also given a fine, small tooth comb and I used this one for my edges. Overall, I was impressed but the wide tooth comb really was my personal favorite. Let me just say that the combs are stylish, the material feels nice in hand and the combs do not get greasy, stained or broken easily. I'm in love!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, when it came I was like "oh its just a comb" but it's great at detangling my hair on wash days without breaking my hair. I always have breakage after washing and conditioning and I feel like the width between the comb teeth made it a lot less harsh on my scalp. I'm definitely using this from now on to help take care of my hair.

If you tangled easily and did it's job I feel comfortable saying that this is a good con but I didn't see how supposed to be a heat resistant or heat protectant, but I still liked it and I will continue to use it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a hairstylist, I am going to be a little more critical for this review. Overall the quality of the combs is pretty good!! They are strong and sturdy, easy to use and hold. The rat tail comb has great tension, and the detangling comb works well. My only concern is that it seems the coating is coming off of the rat tail comb, which makes me concerned about its effectiveness against a hot iron. Not sure if it's carbon all the way through and the coating is just for show. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend these combs.
