So let me say without equivocation that these help BUT you must use them diligently. Whether one a day, or cut in half or thirds you can experiment to learn, but use them you must. They help a great deal.

I have tried this product with the nice surprise that it does create moisture. I did try the division into thirds like someone recommend. I also tried the suppository in half, this worked better for me. I put the cut suppository in a baggie for cleanliness. I would recommend this product.

nice and easy

My gyn recommended these saying they were like "internal handcream". I do wish that Carlson would replace the "hydrogenated oils" with another oil that solidifys at room temp such as coconut or a mixture of shea butter and cocoa butter or something.
