Q: Is it normal for it to cause heavy bleeding? If not, should I be worried?
A: Hello Josie, Thank you for reaching out to us regarding our product. Everyone is different and will have a different outcome while using the product. A small percentage of women experience spotting and/or bleeding when using boric acid suppositories. It is safe to continue use if it is slight, and you are comfortable doing so. This may occur if the vaginal suppository was not inserted far enough into the vagina or if you have any irritated or open skin within the vagina. However, discontinue use if it worsens and becomes more pronounced. If you have any additional questions, please let us know. Thank you and have a good day.
