Beautiful case
It’s a beautiful case. I ordered it before I purchased my phone and returned it because I switched to a 13 instead of the 13 pro. I was surprised, however, that the pattern didn’t completely cover the sides.

Bad quality
I have ordered phone cases from here before and did not have quality issues before. Just received the ombré cloud phone case and it looks like a sticker that was cut out and pasted on a phone case. The cut is so uneven looks very cheap. Will be returning. A bit disappointed because now I will have to find a new phone case for my daughter for Christmas last minute.

Disappointed
I currently have a case mate phone case on my iphone, I believe it’s the stardust one. It’s awesome. However, I ordered this case, expecting the same quality as my current one and I was extremely disappointed. This one seems cheaply made compared to the one I currently have and the design on the back looks like I cut out(badly) a sticker and stuck it on a clear case. Also, it takes nothing for my phone to come out of this one. I double checked to make sure I ordered the right size and I did. I don’t know what happened, but again, I was extremely disappointed with this purchase.

Mag charger slips off too easily...
Cute case. Not too good for mag charge - the mag charge slips and doesn’t securely stay in place while this case is on my iPhone charging upright. It still charges my iPhone, the magnetic connection of the charger is not too strong where I can easily pick up my phone for a moment without disconnecting the charger. My mag charger always falls off the phone. Kinda bummed, wanted to love this case. Again, cute case but if you have the mag charger, I suggest use the plug-in cord to charge your phone if you get this case.

Hello, Thank you for your review! This case is actually not compatible with MagSafe. If the case was, it would have the magnet on the back of the case. This is probably why the magnet is not very strong, but I am happy to hear it will still charge through the case! Buttons stuck out too far and misaligned
I wanted to love everything about this case. The design is gorgeous! The buttons stuck out so far (on the sides) that when in my waist-pack, it ended up calling 911 numerous times! The buttons kept pressing, I assume. Sadly, I had to return it. Also, the ‘little red button for silencing the phone’ — the case cut-out hole was not lined up properly for this button. I guess they designed the case prior to the phones actually coming out. It was just a bit off, but enough to make it hard to access. I know Casemate is a fantastic company and they will fix these little glitches!!!!
