Case-Mate Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra FlexiShield Screen Protector

Like the return of an old friend... A few months ago I made the mistake of buying another brand. It went on Really easily.... and cane off Really easily. I Hated it! I bought 2 from you this time because I will Only use these!!

I followed the instructions to the letter, and it applied but didn't "stick", probably due to it not being the same size as the screen of an S23 Ultra which left room for it to "peel up." I was excited about it compared to a traditional, plastic-like screen protector... but it didn't work so I can't say it's good. I tried to get a refund but they requested a picture or short video to demonstrate the "defect", even though I never called it a defect and simply said I wasn't satisfied with the product and would like a refund or to try an alternate product. How am I supposed to take a video demonstrating it didn't work, jump in my time machine and remember to record myself following the instructions? Not great.

Rubbish item. It will offer no protection whatsoever if your device accidentally falls face-flat on a hard surface. It does not even stick properly to the device screen, and repeatedly reveal air bubbles beneath the so-called "protector", even when the air bubbles were not initially present when you first attached it to the device!

Followed directions and it's didn't come off the paper so easily. Had to peel off corners and it was downhill from there. Kept rolling up or folding in and very hard to peel apart after that. After several trys it went in the trash.

Love love my Screen protector. I am legally blind so I need a good product that will equip my every day use of my phone. My phone fell twice on its screen face and no damage not even a scratch. Worth the money... You will not be disappointed..

Am very disappointed because I have bought 2 of these screen protector and read the directions the first one when I was trying to peel the top cover of the second part and it all came apart from the phone. Then order another and it bubble up. I tried to smooth the bubble out but didn't work out to me.

Has been on for less than two weeks, already has a crack right in the center of the screen. Two stars because it did technically protect the phone screen, which is still in perfect condition. Will be replacing the protector with a different brand.

Great screen protector. I never was a fan of screen protectors because of the difficulty of getting them on the phone. This was a breeze, the instructions were simple, and the shield went on easy without issues, no bubbles or creases. I'm very pleased.

So easy to apply and the look is nearly invisible!

Difficult to follow instructions, tore and stretched, waste of my money. I want a refund or replacement sent to me. Not happy at all. Lots of bubbles, too.

Very poor instructions on how to put it on, and the online video is worthless

I followed installation instructions to the tee. Top left corner of screen protector keeps bubbling up (1.5" X .25" area). Alignment tool was not accurate either. Worst screen protector I've ever bought. Won't buy again and don't reccommend to anyone else.

Had to toss screen entirely. Total waste of money.
