Brand loyalty
Product quality is so great you’ll have my brand loyalty forever. I’ll never buy any other phone grips as long as these are available. I love the new wider range of colors. The sleek look is amazing. I’m a minimalist so the slimness of the grip is my fave feature. The fact that it’s highly durable & never gets flimsy or wears out is perfection. I really like that adhesive isn’t required because now I can buy multiple colors & swap them around depending on the case I’m using or when I upgrade my phone. I have 3 colors right now :) My only complaint with that feature is for whatever the magnetism doesn’t seem as strong with the car mount compared to how it was with the previous models that used adhesive. Not sure what happened but it doesn’t stay on the mount as securely or consistently anymore. Maybe I need to upgrade that as well? If so, not sure I love that either because I’ve invested a good bit in your products so far. But regardless, it’s not enough to degrade my rating & I still give the new grips 5 stars. I still wouldn’t buy any other brand. Just wish that aspect was improved.

Grip too high for iPhone 17 pro and small hands
Very happy with snap grip on other iPhone. Unfortunately, this particular combo isn’t great. Wireless charging also is slightly inconsistent with a case, which...while expected was a little disappointing.

Terrible
The grip is flimsy and doesn’t hold up a phone. The thin metal is uncomfortable to hold and bends easily. I regret this purchase.

Great, But Snap Grip 4 Was Better
I've loved my Snap Grip 4 but ended up having to replace it with the Snap Grip 5, and it's mostly as amazing as the 4 except it falls off too easily. I never once had the Snap Grip 4 fall off my case-less phone. When I replaced it, I had to pry that sucker off... but the Snap Grip 5... I've had it come off multiple times when taking the phone off my non-snap charging stand, and maybe that's on me for not getting the snap charging stand, but the Snap Grip 4 never had that issue. Also the magnet on the ***** stronger than the 5. Because of this I can only give the Snap Grip 5 4 stars. Still a great product, but don't be surprised if you pull your phone out of your pocket and the snap grip isn't there.

Great Accessory
For my first phone holder, I'm enjoying so far. It doesn't get in the way when I'm not using it. And when I do, it's a great accessory. Ainceni have a larger phone, I needed something to help not make it seem as heavy, and this helps with that. Definitely worth the money.

Great idea, but sticks to other bases too much
I love Ohsnap but was disappointed in this latest grip only partial time. The problem is that it sticks to the base you connect it to and you can walk away not noticing that it is still there and not on your phone.

Defective?
I received my snap grip and only have had it on my phone for two days and the top won’t stay down. I have to push it really hard to stay down, one of the little pieces that hold it up has already warped and won’t fit. They are going to warranty it but still I’m not super thrilled with a product that only last two days. I also don’t love how high up the grip is. It’s uncomfortable for my hand. The magnet part has also come off a couple times if you move your hand just the right way. It’s also not allowing wireless charging from my car charger.

Longtime Fan
I've had ohsnap! on my smart phones since the Snap Grip 1. This is by far the best iteration.

Great product!
I ordered two grips: one for my wife’s Otterbox case and one for my Caudabe case. They work great! Thin, high quality product, snaps in place.

Wish it were charge-through
I really like the grip, but I am disappointed that it doesn’t have charge-through capabilities, which apparently the 4 model did. I am not sure why that function would be removed. It would be so handy. The magnet is really strong so it takes quite a bit of effort to remove it. The fact that it is super flat is awesome. And the grip is very cotton use. Also it doesn’t really stick to metal to post the phone on the fridge, say. Would I buy again, probably. But I would love a charge-through option.

Magnetic is not as strong as other models
It is small and it is sleek and I really like it doest have the sticky stuff on it, but the magnetic is not as strong. When I say this I mean that with the older version of the ohsnap I could place my phone on the fridge or a metal surface and it would stick and stay. Even when that metel surface was the ceiling. The new 5 does not do this. Please make the 5 with the newer design but with the older magnet strength of the older design. I am a little disappointed by this.

1/5 Stars – Total Garbage, Throw It Right in the Trash.
Don’t get your hopes up. Take your $29.99 and chuck it straight in the bin my brand new iPhone 17 slid right off this repurposed pop container bottom not once, but THREE times! Never had one before, so I figured maybe I was doing it wrong, but c’mon, it’s a magnet how hard can it be, right? Now my phone’s damaged, the magnets in this scrap pop out, and I’m still shocked they’re hawking this scam for $29.99. No way I’m wasting time on their clearly already broke company for “repairs.” Stay far, FAR away.

It’s a great idea with an OK execution
I don’t normally use grips on my phone and was sold on all the features: multi-uses, cool design, thinness, etc. however the plastic “netting” for your fingers many times does not fold back up correctly to snap it shut and I find myself having to manually manipulate the weave back together correctly to close.

Snap 4 is better
I have had the snap 4 for a while and needed to switch cases on my phone. I decided to try the snap 5 and have been regretting it since because the magnetic part that is supposed to connect to the snap car mount is NOT as strong as the snap 4! In fact the normal magnetic part of the phone itself is stronger than the snap 5. I reached out to OhSnap and they replaced the snap 5 with a new one without question but the replacement is the same as the first one. My opinion is that it’s not worth it to get the snap 5 if you use any of the snap mounts they sell. The charging is also intermittent with the snap 5 which is also an issue considering I use wireless charging all the time.

I really want to love the new model but it has a few problems.
I’ve been using the Snap Grip 5 with my Apple 15 Pro & a brand new Otter Box Symmetry Series case for one week. I’d previously had the Snap Grip model that stuck on to an old phone case. The base of that model never popped off but after a few years of hard use the bendable part/legs did break off. Thus my upgrading to the new model. I was excited to upgrade because of the teal color option. I’m finding that I do not love the new model as much as the last model. 1) The Snap Grip 5 popped off when I accidentally dropped my phone. 2) One time while my phone was in my purse I thought I had lost the grip because it had popped off again. Thankfully it was still in my purse. 3) The Snap Grip 5 does not fit securely on the Oh Snap car stand that I already own or on the adapter that sticks to my bedside wall. 4) The magnet is not as strong as the previous model. Unless positioned perfectly it will slide down the side of my metal desk cart & the equipment at the gym. That never happened before.I plan to use the sticker that was included for Android owners. Hopefully this will keep the Snap Grip 5 from popping off again & prevent loss. I write this review as a fan of Oh Snap. This is a superior design that has worked well for me the last few years. I trust that these products will continue to get better & better. Thank you.

Works great with magsafe case for Pixel 9xl
Grip 5 has been flawless and very helpful for my Pixel 9xl. Using a Nimbus magsafe case and haven't had any issues so far. Love it. The other is in use for wife's iPhone 16 pro and loves the yellow color!

Last one was better
I love Oh Snaps but the magnetic strength of this version is definitely less than the last one. I used to be able to stick it to the pulley at the gym with my last version but this version won’t do that.
