The best grip around
I love these grips. The only reason I keep buying new ones is because I change cases a lot. They don't stick well to the cases I buy so I super glue them on which means I can't reuse them. This is not OH snaps issue. It's mine. I won't buy another kind of grip.

Grip is great, finish is not
I’ve had the white about two months, and the soft touch rim is both discolored and chipping to expose silver underneath. Disappointed in the quality of the finish for the price.

Not as good as the last one
It seems as though getting rid of the adhesive has made the grip less useful. All of the mounts I used to use with my old oh snap no longer hold my phone securely with the grip in place. This is particularly bad with my car mount. I don't feel like this is an upgrade at all.

Prefer the Verison before. This one doesn’t stick and it is so annoying it doesn’t sit down it gets stuck, it doesn’t have a good magnet hold like the prior one.

Best product to buy
Been using Snap products for a while now, but recently got the updated grip snap 5, I must say that this product is the best, it’s strong, small & great to have on your phone. Snap 5 vs Snap 4 is a game changer for sure, am not one to always have a product on my phone. But this one I do keep at all times.

works well but seeing plastic peel off in first month
the product does exactly what it says it does and it does work well, no problems with stability or function. however, the plastic that keeps the matte finish on the magnet/base circle is peeling off already like a weird snake skin. makes it look cheap and ugly now.

Last phone grip socket
So was septical at first. Been using mine since right before Christmas and so far perfect. Love how strong the magents are. My wife broke hers two weeks ago, the company replaced it with no issues. No complaints otherwise, one suggestion. Figure out how to make the the magnetic grip as strong as it is between the grip and the phone. So that you don’t have to take it off when attaching it to other MagSafe phone mounts. Then if you can do that, figure out passthrough charging without having to remove the grip.

Pretty cheap
For the price, the quality is extremely low. The plastic is slightly more durable than stock paper.

Not the best
After a lot of anticipation, I finally received my MCON. Coincidentally, on the same day it arrived, I lost my MagSafe grip from another brand—which, in my experience, performed better than this one. Inside the box, I received a discount code for an OhSnap grip, so I decided to give it a try.The product arrived quickly, and I have to say the packaging is excellent: very minimalistic, clean, and straight to the point. Full credit there.Unfortunately, my experience with the OhSnap grip itself has been disappointing. The magnetic strength is not strong enough to hold securely on surfaces as advertised. It slips off my MCON, my wireless chargers, and even my car mount.Additionally, the wireless charging feature has not worked properly for me. I tested it with three different wireless chargers, and in all cases the phone kept connecting and disconnecting in a loop. The only way to charge successfully was by removing the grip entirely. After just three days of use, the clear coated cover began peeling off, leaving the outer edge exposed and prone to scuffs and scratches. The material in the center also feels cheap and fragile, and I honestly doubt its long-term durability.Overall, I find this product to be significantly overpriced compared to other, more reliable and affordable options available on the market. While the concept and design are appealing, the execution and quality do not justify the price.

Weak Magnet
This new version isn’t as good as the last. The magnet isn’t as strong, and it falls off the charger and the stand in my car and on my desk all day long. It’s super annoying.

High hopes.. fell a little short.
Love the low profile design. Wireless charging... However, not compatible with the mag-safe chargers I use (Belkin 3-in-1). The number of mornings I’ve woken up to an uncharged phone, though it’s been held in position all night). When using a MagSafe car mount, one strong pothole (I live in Philly.. these roads are riddled with bumps and potholes) and it drops off the holder. One finger mode gripping style.. I think my hands are too big (M/L). Hard to use. Head high hopes. Unfortunately, fell a little short.

Terrible
I was using the Luxe 4 until I got a new phone case and ordered the new Grip 5. The Grip 5 constantly falls off of my OhSnap car holder and my OhSnap charging magnet. It will not stay on and I don’t understand why. My charger actually got so hot that it busted. I want to send them both back and get another Luxe 4 but I don’t know what to do about my charger because I’ve had it for a while and doubt it’s under warranty.

Snap Grip 4 vs Snap Grip 5
I have been using Snap Grips since the beginning, changing colors with each new iPhone. I was so excited to see that there was an orange Snap Grip tp match my new iPhone. But alas, I had to return it, and continue to use my trusty #4. The Snap Grip 5 doesn't grip as well as the #4. I know the new design is so there is no adhesive. The magnet has to be aligned "just right" to stick, and then it doesn't stick very well. Having to take it off to charge my iPhone is a pain I'd rather not deal with. Please, please, please give users a choice of Grips. The redesign is not for everyone, some don't mind the adhesive. I'm basing my ratings below on the Snap Grip 4.

The 4 is superior in every way
I was so excited for the new Snap Grip 5 to match my updated phone and case. You can imagine my disappointment when the new 5 won't securely attach to my car mount. That was the entire reason for me going with OhSnap products. It also doesn't hold my phone on the steel door or the fridge. Looks pretty but it's ineffective.

Works great. Love how it can come off and back on.
Seriously nice grip. I have had a Snap Grip 1, 2, 3, 4, and now 5. Each one has been a little better than before. Happy to try out the newest version.

Not for me. But a nice start.
So wanted to love this, but it collapses when you put the phone down. You have to reopen it every time you pick the phone up. I went back to my Pop Socket because I can balance the phone on it when it's open and so when I pick it up, it only requires one hand which is so much more efficient and easy. I will say the ohsnap is extremely comfortable when it's open and you're holding it. Can you guys make one that's more firm and stays open when you put the phone down? And honestly this thing is too expensive.

Fell off and lost it in 3 days
Doesn’t hold on new iPhone 17 pro max. Waste of money.

Really nifty
Sleek, multi-faceted design is great. I like to post my phone up on the rack when i do workouts with it.
