Cool stacker but a bit floppy

My four-month old loves nomming on the pieces, but the cool part is my preschooler also enjoys playing with it. It's fun to stack, but unfortunately gets a little floppy if you add too many pieces. It's not as sturdy as a wooden one, but I like that it is safe for my baby to chew on.
