Q: do you freeze it or just chill it in fridge?

A: It gets warm quickly if you only cool in the fridge. We keep them in the fridge and give her 1 then place the other in the freezer for 5-10 mins and that one lasts much longer.

Had a strange chemical smell that I noticed after giving it to baby. She had it for just a couple minutes but it made my baby puke. There’s definitely Something toxic about it. Getting my money back.

A: The packaging says it's food grade silicone but it smells odd like sunscreen. I have other food grade silicone teethers that have no smell. Disappointing

Q: Asking again since the “brand expert” couldn’t take the time to answer- ARE THESE DISHWASHER SAFE? After already throwing away the packaging (why we’re asking!) I put one in my mini bottle dishwasher and it warped.

Gets warm quickly
This seems like a great concept until you get it out to actually use. It does not stay cool long enough to be actually effective which is the entire premise behind this product. It becomes warm as soon as taken from fridge and given to baby to use.

MY FAULT
I don’t understand why some reviews are blaming the product for melting when it CLEARLY says: Do not boil, steam sterilize, or put in a dishwasher. In other words DO NOT boil. DO NOT steam sterilize. DO NOT put in a dishwasher. Unfortunately, as a tired mom I too read it wrong, placed it in the steam sterilizer and it melted. But, it’s MY fault. Lesson learned and will purchase another set but this time I learned from my own mistake.

Beware - Ingested gel

This is one of a few types of teether I've bought for my baby, and she hasn't taken to it at all. The interchangeable parts seem like a neat idea, until you realize that you need to keep track of them for it to be useful 😵💫 maybe just include a second holder? I'm glad it works for other babies. Your mileage may vary!

Melts in steamer
Product melted when sterilized. Followed the instructions on the packaging. Would not recommend Frida products. If there was an option to just give zero stars.

A true disappointment
I bought this in ShopRite for my 4 month old I cleaned it and checked if everything was good before giving it to him and when I noticed there was the jello that’s inside the product all over my baby’s mouth. This product didn’t even last 1 week

Unable to sanitize
Was so excited to use this teether however when I sanitized it they completely melted. Nothing on the package said I was not able to sanitize not to mention it’s a baby product and I would not have bought if I was not able to sanitize it.
