So dangerous!!
My 4 month old easily shoved this down and his throat and was choking since he didn’t know how to pull it back out. His face was changing color and he was frantically kicking and squirming until I ran over to pull it out. He then immediately threw up and was gasping for air. I put them in the trash. I can’t believe these are allowed to be sold. (Aside from the one in the pack that branches out and can’t be shoved down a baby’s throat)

Smoking cessation tool!! FR!!
Disclaimer: I am an adult writing this review about using these for myself. I use these for a tobacco replacement. I cut the round tops off and I just chew on one as needed and I hold it as needed until my tobacco cravings go away. A little goofy looking but these are perfect!! I wash them in warmer water with dish soap by hand. These are hollow like a straw if you cut the round top off. But the best quitting replacement EVER! I recommend these for nervous folks to keep in their hand as these are silicone and bend easily. Not just for infants! I left the Safety stars blank because my use is non applicable for infant use.

Dangerous
I DO NOT recommend using these. My 5 mo shoves them down her throat and chokes. Even supervised she will keep trying. The only one in the pack worth the money is the blue one with the multiple branches coming off. I threw the rest out, it’s the only reason I gave it 2 stars. The label should NOT say 3 mo+.

My toddler loves these for his incoming 2 year molars. Hes been having a hard time getting other teethers far back enough. They're also helping redirect his biting attempts when he suddenly goes after people's fingers. These do get messy because of the hole though so having them wear a bib to soak up the drool is really helpful

Dangerous choking hazard
This is an incredibly dangerous choking hazard especially if you have other kids that help and grab pacis to give to little ones. Turned vertically it absolutely is a hazard because theres no stopper on it like other brands have. I'm returning this asap. Absolutely do not buy or use this product, its not safe to use. I doubt this will ever be recalled because it had a straw like opening so breathing can still happen, but its inherently dangerous based on the design.

Baby (6mo old) shoved the straight ones down throat and started choking. Dangerous do not buy. Says ages 3mo+ but mine is 6mo and they’re both safe. Stick to round or other shaped teethers.
