Q: why are these only for babies up to 6 months? is it bad if my baby still uses at 9 months?

The Dr. Brown's Advantage pacifiers contain two stages (stage 1 – newborns 0-6 months) and (stage 2 – baby pacifier 6-18 months). The Dr. Brown's Stage 2 Advantage Baby Pacifier is designed for easy acceptance and contains a thin stem. This pacifier provides a minimal impact for emerging teeth, which can start anywhere after 6 months of age.

We’ve used Dr Brown bottles and pacifiers with both kids. It’s nice having a pacifier that is the same shape as the bottle nipple they’re used to. Love the colors they offer as well.

My daughter loves these pacifiers. We tried many and these are the only ones she would take. We use the Dr. Brown bottles, so naturally, these were a hit since the bottle nipple is the same. I know it states 0-6 months, but she is almost 8 months now and we still use these. She only uses them when supervised. We plan to start weaning after one, when we can introduce other options as soothers. I cannot recommend enough!

Your baby will love them BUT there isn’t a size available after 6 months. So I would not recommend these. Or good luck weaning your 6 month old off a paci! I did not wean my baby off of them until after 1 year and his top teeth/jawline has narrowed from the paci. No one’s fault but mine but wanted every parent to have a heads up!

These are the only pacifier my daughter would take and she loves them. She is 14 months now and only had it for bedtime and naps but I was pretty upset when I found they only go to 6 months and there isn't a 6-12 month size. I tried the other plastic one and she hates it. I think it's crazy to not make the next size and expect a child to change the type of pacifier from what they have been using for the first 6 months of their life.

We love these pacis! These were just about the only ones my baby will take they are such a good price for 3 of them. They’re so soft and squishy and my baby seems to be able to keep them in his mouth very well. We have several packs now so that we can keep them around the house. They’re very easy to clean and the design is great.

The only pacifier my daughter would ever take this one was big enough where she wouldn’t start sucking on air like with others she’s had and the base does not touch the face so there’s no chance of irritation there. Easy to clean just wash and throw in a small pot to boil

My son absolutely loves these! We tried every brand of pacifier and he wouldn’t use anything. Someone recommended these and now he falls asleep so much easier, it helps him with his teething, and he just likes to play with it sometimes! My question is do you make these for babies over 6 months?

My son LOVES these pacis, if your baby uses Dr browns bottles these are shaped the exact same way and they will likely take to them well. The little handle is perfect for baby hands my son quickly caught on to how to put it in and take it out of his own mouth! Just really wish they made them in 6+ months

I never write reviews but this pacifier is amazing. It’s the only pacifier my daughter has liked. She prefers to fall asleep with these rather than a bottle. She will spit it right out when she is fully asleep so they serve their purpose of soothing her and helping her fall asleep. I only wish there were more colors so I can coordinate her outfits with them because we never leave home without these pacifiers.

These were the pacifiers that one of my nanny babies liked best. I really liked the large handle and them being easy to clean! Only thing is to watch out for pet hair. It tends to cling to the material
