This is my favorite caesar to buy! The added (optional) bonus of cracked black pepper in the mix-in bag really takes the salad up a notch! Im a huge fan of the dressing and I say it's more than enough for the bag. The parmesan cheese is shaved cut which also elevates this salad to another level. In my opinion of course haha. The croutons are quite tasty as well. Ive tried some other grocery salads, as well as national brands but they dont compare to this one. I think all the little things I mentioned is what makes this the perfect combo for a good caesar! The regular price isn't too bad either especially when you can get it on sale.

Lettuce was brown and disgusting looking. The expiration date was displayed, but the lettuce turned brown before that date. Too much trouble to rebag and have to take into the store.

This is a decent mix, but I always have to add more romaine as the amount in the bag is so little! If I do at least double the amount of romaine then there’s still more than enough dressing to generously coat. We could use a few more croutons and I never use the bag of black pepper (I save it for when I make homemade stocks and soups) as I don’t like to bite into course ground pepper in my salads…the most recent bag I got (ordered for drive up so I didn’t get to inspect bag had a date of 10/27, but on 10/22 the edges of the romaine were already red-ish from where they were cut and oxygenated which was disappointing. Basically, you’re paying $4 for the dressing, croutons and some parm so be sure you get it on sale.

It wasn’t that I didn’t like the taste it was the way it was packaged the salad dressing kit was in tact but the salad dressing it self was punctuated and it leak all over the cheese, black pepper and croutons

Purchased Sept. 30 and it had an expiration date of Oct. 6th. All the lettuce was brown! Is there a problem with the handling of your produce cause it just never lasts or is poor quality? Drive pick up.

This brand constantly spoils quickly and the bag is smaller than name brand salad kits. However, today was the last day I will be purchasing Target brand salad kits. I found a dead fly mixed into the lettuce. This appears to be a consistent issue upon reading other reviews.
