Infested with bugs
I am so disappointed and very grossed out. I thought we finally found the perfect hamper. Once we brought the hamper home we started noticing bugs inside of it. I tried to spray it with hypochlorous acid however it kept getting worse and the bugs kept coming. Next thing we know there are creepy crawlers in our closet. We looked it up and the bugs are carpet beetle. We removed the hamper from the house and the bugs disappeared. Very disappointing.

Not sturdy
Didn't last long. Unfortunately, it didn't keep it's shape and the sides collapsed. Not very sturdy. I will get the other brand that's similar I got for my daughter the same day that is sturdy and has outlasted this one.

By far these are one of my favorites! I bought 3 for my need. I’ve owned mine for a few years. They’re in good shape! I would advise to dry the liners in delicate because once they shrink they will eventually get too small for the hamper; that can be one of the reasons it damages the hamper. Also I’d say it fits about 3 loads. It all depends how much you think 1 load is though lol I’ll state the obvious, you wouldn’t use this to also add blankets or pillows to your laundry hamper full clothes. Especially on this material.

Awful smell won't go away.
The hamper is larger than expected and looks nicer than I imagined. Really nice. The problem is it smells terrible. It smells like sewage. The smell won't go. I washed the inner bag, I put the hamper out in the sun for 4 days. It's sickening. I've had it for over a month.
