Beautiful tortoise shell canister
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tortoise shell canister is a timeless piece that can go with many decor trends and styles. It's a great addition to my palm, bamboo and hyacinth decor. The only downfall is the lid loosely sits on top of the glass and is not secure by any means.

Very pretty but with a design flaw
Very pretty and a nice size, but I don't like that there is no cushion between the lid and the rim of the canister. It is glass on glass, and feels like it would be easy to accidentally chip it or break it if you set it down too hard. Also, the lid wobbles around a little because there is no plastic seal around the lid to give it a firm fit to the rim of the canister. These are small design issues, but to me, they make a significant difference in terms of the overall functionality.
