Our Cafe Special® Half-Caff blend is designed to highlight coffee beans known for their sweeter profile. We carefully blend a balance of caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee beans and roast them to a medium-dark color to bring out notes of caramel and cocoa, giving you the taste of your favorite café with only half the caffeine of our original coffees.

    Half caf

    This does not taste like your run of the mill low caffeine coffee! Better put, it taste almost exactly like our favorite Community full caffeine! I can not believe how good the Half Caff Community Coffee tastes! This is making my mornings!!!

    Great tasting

    My first taste of cafe special was over 20 years ago, when I became a truck driver. To say the least, I was hooked. I had been a Community Dark Roast drinker most of my life. So when I came home from making groceries with Cafe Special my wife asked why until she tasted it and loved it also.

    Delicious without the shakes

    The coffee has an outstanding flavor. With half the caffeine you can drink as much as you want and not get the caffeine shakes later in the day. Its enough caffeine to wake you up, but still be able to enjoy several cups of coffee in the morning. Would highly recommend to anyone needing to cut back their caffeine intake. We are long time coffee drinkers of a well known coffee brand from the North West Coast, the switch was an easy transition. Better flavor, less bitterness.

    Always loved Community Coffe

    I grew up in East Texas, close to Louisiana. Community Coffee has always been my favorite. I was so excited to get it while I was in the hospital. It was comforting to get my "real coffee" during those times! When I was able, I'd drag my IV pole with me into the little break room and get a cup!

    Very happy with Community Coffee

    We like the consistent quality of Community. Our choice is the Half Caff, and we have stayed with it for several years. Full of flavor but less caffeine so we can enjoy more of it!
