The Tri-Core® Comfort Zone Pillow, featuring Outlast® technology to help balance temperature by absorbing heat when you’re too warm and releasing heat when you’re cold. Outlast was developed by NASA to help protect astronauts from temperature fluctuations, and now you can use that technology to get a better night’s sleep!
In addition to helping regulate your temperature, the Tri-Core Comfort Zone Pillow also helps provide proper alignment of the neck. For back sleeping, a firm cervical roll supports the neck while a shaped center gently cradles head for better sleep. For side sleeping, the raised side areas help keep the head level for proper alignment of the spine.
In order to provide therapeutic benefits and help restore the natural curve of the neck, two very firm cervical rolls provide different support options. Use the larger neck roll for maximum support. Use the smaller neck roll if you are in the adjustment phase or if you prefer slightly less support. For those who are new to sleeping on a cervical support pillow, or prefer gentle support, the “Gentle” version may be a better option.
It may take some time to adjust to this cervical pillow and immediate overuse can actually increase neck pain. Those who slowly ease their way into orthopedic correction, by alternating between this pillow and their current pillow, achieve the best results. The gentle version provides moderate to firm support, while the firm version provides very firm support.

Like my new pillow
This is my first time using this type of pillow. Since I was unsure of the type of material used, I went with the gentle support. I plan on purchasing another pillow to see if the firmer support would be even more comfortable.

No more neck pain!
There was no adjustment period at all! From the first night, I woke up feeling good. No neck pain, no headache, just relief! I can sleep comfortably on my back all night. I left one star off comfort because if I do roll to my side, it's not as good. However, I also got the bowtie pillow (same brand), which was a good value and comfortable for sleeping on my side.

Great help for whiplash recovery
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My chiropractor recommended this pillow to me when I was recovering from whiplash after a car accident. That was over 10 years ago, and I still use this pillow because its the only pillow that helps me keep my neck and spine correctly aligned. I replace my pillow annually. I tried others and they aren't firm enough. The quality of this USA made product matters.

No more headaches
For several weeks, I was getting up in the morning with a headache. I had purchased a new pillow several months earlier and now it resembled a valley between two hills, i.e., no support in the middle. I consulted with a physical therapist who suggested trying a rolled up towel for a pillow. This seemed to help so I looked for a pillow which offered a similar experience. The Tri-Core more than fulfilled this need. I now get up with no headaches and sleep well al night long.

Like another reviewer I really wanted to like but it actually made things worse. Obviously we all need different types of support. However the pillow was excellent quality as well as customer service so am not giving up on them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this pillow. It is great for sleeping on. I don't get a sore neck and I like that it is higher on the sides for when I sleep on my side. When I first lay down, the pillow is cool, but that doesn't last very long for me. I don't think it really keeps me more cool while I'm sleeping than any other pillow though. Very happy with this pillow. This is my second pillow of this shape.

Tri Core Comfort Zone and Mini Cpap Pillows
We were disappointed in both pillows. They were much harder/firmer than our old ones. Could not make it through an entire night sleeping on them. My old Tri Cor Comfort Zone pillow is probably 10 years old and was originally purchased through my chiropractor.

Pillow for neck pain
This pillow completely eliminated my neck pain after only a week of use. I wouldn’t say it is the most comfortable pillow but it does what it says and keeps your head and neck in alignment during the night. I do recommend!
