When you’re on the treadmill, it has kind of a lag. Even after you put the lubricant on the belt. I guess it would be okay if you’re only trying to walk, but it was just uncomfortable in my opinion. I wanted to use it for running but was not able to. Processed my return 2 days after I received it.

This treadmill actually works great. It's been only 2 weeks but I haven't had any problems, its easy to use, it's sturdy, it's a nice size. I can reach my 10K steps without having to go out in the cold. perfect if you don't have a gym membership and wanna workout at home!!
