Perfect Summer Blanket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This blanket is super lightweight and has really come in handy as summer heats up. It is a similar thickness to crinkle material that some summery clothing comes in; so it's naturally got a looser weave to let lots of air flow though. At night, it can get a bit chilly, but it is still too hot to use a thicker blanket, but this is the perfect in between to sleep at the perfect temperature. Super soft and comfy and very cute color as well!

Lint allert

The gauze fabric is soft and nice, but it produces a lot of lint every time I wash it. If you have a dust allergy, please keep this in mind. It’s been over a month since I bought it, and it still keeps shedding.

OK if you like it real thin

So disappointed in this throw! I expected so much quality for the high price. Instead it was paper thin. I wanted to use it as a throw atop my bed that we could sit on. Well, no way would we be able to do that without wearing it through and making holes. And forget using it as a blanket. No warmth there. Useless. Maybe for looks if that was your style. I returned it.

Image is deceiving: Too Short

Based on the picture I was under the impression I would be able to drape this at the foot of my king bed as a decorative throw. It doesn’t even come close to spanning the entire width of the bed as shown in the picture. I will be returning it.

If you like Cloud Cotton from Parachute, this is just like it! It reminds me of the gauzey muslin swaddle blankets I had for my babies. For the fabric type, it’s substantial and very comparable to my Parachute cloud cotton throw and Parachute cloud cotton napkins.
