It’s an easy and delicious way to add flavor to my water, I love that it mixes quickly, tastes refreshing and helps me drink more water and have more energy without adding a heavy sugary taste. I love the caffeine boost. When it’s too hot for coffee this it a perfect choice. Personally I’ve found it gives me energy without feeling jittery. It gives a light grape sweetness without feeling sickly after drinking it. I’ve never been a fan of grape flavored anything, it’s the flavor I will always pick last if given a choice, but this is one of the few “grape flavored” drinks I prefer. I bought it in a variety pack originally and the grape ended up being my favorite in the pack.
