I was thrilled to find this product, but when I returned home with 2 packages, I learned that sous vide cooking is boiling in a plastic bag. While this product has good ingredients, it is likely full of microplastics. It’s so hard to find products without anything harmful in them!!

All Good and very convenient!
Perfectly pre-cooked, pre-seasoned, pre-sliced, tender and tasty! Don't follow heating instructions, or it may over cook. I spread pre-thawed, slices out on a grill, and after 1 minute each side...it was fine, as is! I also tried some with steak sauce, ketchup, bbq sauce...all good.

Heating instructions ruined it
Heating instructions scorched the meat. Why would they instruct you to heat up fully cooked meat for five minutes in the microwave? I’m 14-year-old son heated according to the directions and it was in edible.

Perfect for busy family!
As a mom, this has been a lifesaver. It heats up in minutes, the beef is tender and flavorful, and I feel good serving it since it’s grass-fed with simple ingredients. I use it for quick bowls and wraps, and my child actually eats it without a fight. Perfect for busy days. Will purchase again.
