I bought this game because found it interesting based on some reviews. After playing it with some friends, I have to say we had so much fun. If you’re considering it, go ahead and buy it because I assure you, you will have a great time. The quality of the cards is very good. The box that it comes in it’s very sturdy. I recommend it.

My boyfriend and I tried playing, but we felt like the questions were rudimentary for people that know each other already. We thought it would be like “getting to know each other better” but it was just basic stuff we already know about one another.

I've had this game since the beginning of time when it was a project on Kickstarter and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to get to know someone new or wants to learn more than they ever wanted to know about someone they already know. The game comes with question cards that come in a set of 4 themes that can suit who you want to get to know better—or wherever you find your night going after all the drinks you've taken for not laying it out straight. Just make some friends and want to keep everything good vibes without hearing where their avoidant personality comes from? Try Happy Hour. Ready to take it ot the next level with talking about some of the ups and downs and rides that come with life? Try On The Rocks. Ready to really test how much your friendship can hold? Or maybe cross that boundary of what friendships should know? Try Last Call or Extra Dirty. Seriously, this game is great for groups of all sizes—from a pair to more—and of all dynamics—from best friends, to coworkers, to exes. Or bring it to your next date, I dare you. No? Drink!

Truth or Drink is THE PERFECT game to play anytime you wanna spice up the pregame or let loose anywhere you’d like ;) I SERIOUSLY LOVE THIS GAME, my grandma even loves to play it, especially with tequila! BUY THIS GAME and make hilarious memories with people you love/ tolerate.

My girlfriend bought TOD for her family game nights to mix things up from the traditional board games. We finally played it with her sister and brothers and it was awesome! I found out about her sisters first impressions of me (apparently I have a RBF). The best part was when I asked my gf a testy question (pictured) and we grew closer over an old argument we had. Definitely would recommend for a fun drinking game :)

An epically hilarious game to play, we laughed, we cried, someone fell out of their chair, we laughed again. We decided to play this game after consuming a few libations because all good decisions come from being well hydrated. The first few decks were super harmless, some good clean fun. The real laughs and what some may call mortifying, others will call hilarious moments started when we decided to play with all of the decks. Fair warning do not play all of these decks with people you don’t want to know everything and I mean EVERYTHING about. If you don’t want to know how Aunt Joanie gets funky in the bedroom or Uncle Jim’s deep dark secrets make sure you put them to bed first. It made for so many laughs and a great night. We can’t wait to get hydrated and play again.

this game has become like an initiation ceremony in my home for people who come over for the first time. makes a good ice breaker for new friends, and a spicy tea filled hang out for good friends. i once forgot to bring this game on a weekend away trip with friends and they were legit mad at me lol. you gatta get it

Lots of questions to ask, but I think compartmentalized categories would be better. For example, some cards were really naughty, which is fine but not always good for every audience to play with.

This game is a lot of fun, but choose your categories wisely! You don't want to end up playing your dirtiest, wildest cards with coworkers (or maybe you do? I'm not here to judge). With a Twist- these cards help switch up the game and keep it interesting. You can make someone answer a question that wasn't for them, make the question asker answer, win points for yourself, etc. Happy Hour- these questions are fun and wholesome. Feel good questions that would be great for playing with coworkers, distant relatives during the holidays, and newer friends. On the Rocks- These questions can still be played with the groups listed above (for the most part), but they get a little bit deeper and slightly more intense than the Happy Hour cards. Let's hope your distant relatives have a good sense of humor. Extra Dirty- These cards are raunchy, dirty, and explicit. Let's just say that I learned a few things about my friend's...preferences. Last Call- WARNING- ONLY PLAY LAST CALL CARDS WITH CLOSE FAMILY AND FRIENDS. These cards are BRUTALLY honest and intense, so avoid these if you're not ready to dish out (and hear) the truth. Overall, great game that can be played with a wide variety of groups. Highly recommend checking it out!

The look of horror and smiles on my friends faces. It's 10pm, your career driven friends are up late. You break out this game. They have heard you talk about this hilarious show on YouTube. Now they face a decision, do they dare play and think they will walk away with both the win AND their dignity? No way. Things you learn, one of my burly friends regularly asks for an impromptu prostate exam. One of my friends lied on her resume to get her six figure job. One of them broke the toilet on a first date and blamed it on the roommate. We also got to know that one of my friends suffers regularly from depression and we got to take turns affirming what a great and warm person they are. We got to take turns complimenting our host for their sacrifice to let us ransack their home looking for alcohol. I learned that 40 is older but not to old to laugh until 4 am playing a card game with your best friends. What will you find out?

Having dived into this Truth or Drink game by CUT, I can't help but get hestrical and a little embarrassed when playing this game. It definitely gives heartwarming moments it brought to our game nights. It's like a joy-filled concoction that blends hilarious truths, playful dares, and a splash of love, turning every sip into a shared memory. Cheers to a game that's become the secret ingredient to our laughter-filled gatherings

I played this with a friend one night. Two years later, we’re married and having a baby. YMMV, but play at your own risk.

I use the game as an ice breaker for new folks, really get to know some ppl.

Truth or Drink is hands-down the best game I've played with a group! We had a Friendsgiving party and enjoyed this game for hours into the night (and morning). You will definitely learn new things about your friends... even things you didn't want to know. So fair warning! I'll be getting some of the other versions of this.

Amazing game. Playing with someone you've just met? Cool, you're about to get a crash course in all their darkest secrets. Playing with someone you've known for 20 years? Surprise! You only THOUGHT you knew them. There are so many cards in this game and everyone is gonna answer with wildly different experiences so you can come back to this one over and over. Just don't forget to stay hydrated 😉
