I’m known as the WNRS fan girl in my friend groups
I love this game. I pull it out anytime I hang out with my friends. I’ve played it multiple times with the same friends over the years. It is great to see how our perspectives change and how fuller and deeper our answers are as the game progresses. I have most of the versions.

We’re getting married!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’re Not Really Strangers has been such a meaningful part of my relationship journey, so receiving a donated game from them for my upcoming wedding truly meant the world to us. From the very beginning, their cards helped us connect on a deeper level, sparking conversations we may not have had otherwise and strengthening the foundation of our relationship. Even our engagement was shaped by the vulnerability and honesty these prompts encourage. It’s been a genuine blessing getting to know one another through this experience, and we’re so grateful for the kindness and generosity shown to us. We can’t wait to share this game with our loved ones on such a special day. :u1F90D:

Honestly my favourite game of all time
No matter who I've played this game with, it has always brought us closer together and it's amazing getting to know people on a deeper level with rarely asked questions. WARNING: Be aware of a long gameplay, at least 2-3 hours

A game I actually enjoy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I already consider myself a deep communicator with my partner, but this definitely took things to a new level. From laughs to stares to even tears this game definitely helped bring deeper communication to the table in our relationship. Definitely worth the buy, and I look forward to playing this more with my wife.

It makes and breaks relationships
I love playing this game. I take it with me when I travel and always have a good time. I just wish there was a way to pay it digitally, it would be a great game for long distance relationships. The first time I played it, it did lead to some revelations that ultimately caused my 6,5 year relationship with my boyfriend to end.

Fiancé not a fan these games, but this one was good and left us both in tears, in a good way
Just as the game says: 1 is just getting to know each other and some fun questions. 2 though, my partner and I spent probably 1.5 talking about our feelings. It was wild, as their question was asking "say something you have always been to afraid to ask." It was a huge conversation opener leading into many questions and even led us into tears later (in a good way) I feel definitely more connected. My fiancé who isn't a fan of stuff like this, but does them cuz Iile them, said it was nice we opened up and talked with each other. I'd say this game was worth it!

Love This 10/10
I played We’re Not Really Strangers with a friend and honestly didn’t expect much — I thought it was just some trendy card game everyone posts on TikTok. But once we got into the second and third levels, the questions hit hard. It made us talk about things we’ve never said out loud before, and it actually brought us closer. The cards are beautiful, the design is clean, and it’s super easy to play. But fair warning: this game will expose your feelings. It’s not really for casual fun or background noise. You’ve gotta be open to being real, and if you’re playing with people who don’t do deep talks… it might get awkward. Still, if you like having meaningful conversations and want to understand your people (or even yourself) better — this game is so worth it. 10/10 recommend for date nights, close friends, or when you’re in your feels and just want connection.

Meh
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s ok. The questions in the “levels” are really incongruent and all over the place. I prefer Delve Deck or Love Languages cards.

makes friendships feel deeper and more meaningful
Playing We’re Not Really Strangers has been such a game-changer for me. It helped me reconnect with my friends in a way I didn’t expect—we laughed, shared stories, and even opened up about things we’d never really talked about before. The questions made us slow down and actually listen to each other, and that brought us closer together.

Best Game to get to know people
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i myself have a tendency to always ask people about their work and some surface question about their personal life. this game enables me to learn about my friends in a genuine way, asking the questions i don’t necessarily think of when having a conversation. it’s an absolutely great game, i love it. also fun for your friends to understand how you perceive them and they perceive you :) would recommend to anyone!
