I am extremely disappointed with my recent Target.com order experience. The shipping label was created on August 30, with an expected arrival date of September 4. However, as of today (September 5), the tracking status still shows "Pre-Shipment, USPS Awaiting Item". This means USPS has not yet received the package from the seller, and there has been zero movement or updates for nearly a week. ⭐️ 1 Star - Still "Pre-Shipment" After a Week – Unacceptable Delay Expected delivery was September 4, but the item never arrived. After waiting on hold with Target for 25 minutes to get a tracking number, I discovered the package has been stuck in “Pre-Shipment” since August 30–meaning USPS is still awaiting the item from the seller. When I reached out to Target for help, they told me to wait four more business days. That’s simply not acceptable. My child needs this for school, and this kind of delay and lack of urgency is beyond frustrating. No proactive communication, no accountability, and no real solution–just more waiting. I do not recommend buying from this seller or relying on Target for time-sensitive orders.
