Cheaply made
These arrived with the the candy corn broken. They are made of a very thin plastic and can easily break, definitely not for little kids. Very cheaply made for the price. Returned it

Bad Dim Lights
I bought 2 of these to wear to Disneyland for Halloween, and both were terrible! The lights were so dim you could barely see they were on. The worst part was we wore them anyway, and saw the exact same necklaces for sale at Disneyland— but necklace sold at the park were 3 times as bright!! Target got the duds. :(
